Do you happen to know the difference between "God" and "NoDamage"? Does god mode unlock all spells and abilities too? (which would be AWESOME.) Does anyone know exactly what god mode includes? No idea. I haven't used them. Ah, too bad. Must be some difference between the two. It would sure be convenient if god mode unlocks everything so I don't have to Rest at all.

What nerf? Maybe they are referring to the Slicken spell "balance" in the next patch?

I share the OP problem too. Well, to be honest, I haven't even pressed the Play button on PoE yet but during the BB (playing on Easy), I was so bad at the combat that I was pretty much experiencing TPW's in the character creation screen. @OP: Theres a god mode you can activate, which is my plan if/when I get around to playing. Instructions here. Warning: Activating the console commands disables achievements.

Precogs would be pretty awesome. Im more thinking after-the-fact though. Its very difficult to not leave DNA around so capturing the perpetrator, or at least identifying them, would be a simple matter. That would have a trickle down effect of everyone knowing that they wouldn't be able to get away with committing crimes, so they would be significantly less inclined to try, imo. Spur of the moment crimes of passion would obviously fall outside of this disincentive.

Im not actually playing the game so I don't have experience with your particular problem. I believe the way it is supposed to work is that you have individual character inventory (which is limited) and you have a party inventory called the "Stash / Vault" (which is infinite). I don't know what causes loot to be deposited in either individual inventory or the "Vault" but it should be in one of those locations. I seem to remember something about the "Vault" not being accessible unless you are Resting but that might have changed to being accessible at any time. Maybe go to an Inn and see if anything is in the "Stash / Vault"? If not, hopefully someone else will come along with some answers for you.

You cant as far as I know. You can only sell them or put them in other containers around the game world.
