Survival is actually useful now.

Yeah, the game is advertised as being 1 player only but it works nicely in coop as long as one person don't mind another walking them around on the world map. There were a few bugs early on though, but i'm not sure if they were specifically because we were trying to multiplayer it or just bugs.

Man, i'm glad I made all those friends I didn't care about now, they really help filling out Horde games. I mean, i'm not even saying that Gears gameplay is the best ever made, but the brutality and desperation of horde mode makes it all worthwhile. It's a game that needs the kind of friends who, having failed wave 39 on hardcore 8 times straight will still be right there going '**** YEAH, LETS DO THIS' then get murdered again while screaming at each other. It's not for everyone, but there's no need to go bitter all over it.

If you're playing on normal you've only got yourself to blame. If not, if you're finding expert easy then you're some kind of gaming god as far as I can see.

If you're playing with AI you're doing it wrong.

If $5 a month is really that relevent, haha. But yeah, the PS3 is finally looking to be worth owning, LBP, Resistance 2, Disgaea 3 and Vakyria Cronicles finally has me interested.
