  1. If this 'trilogy' means that each campain is playable in coop, then you won't see me complain, being that that's the only thing that will really get me to play 'traditional' RTSs these days.
  2. My guess would be a Warcraft 4 near the end of WoWs life which leads into the narrative of WoW2. Not that I don't think that WoW is a pile of flaming crap.
  3. WHO THE CRAP CALLED ANACRANOX JAPANESE?!
  4. Same for Ninja Gaiden, but in both cases the nature and focus of the game was totally altered.
  5. I'll slash you!
  6. haha As a point of interest, given that your daughter is 11, do you have any worries about the kind of content she's exposed to while playing? I'm sure there's a language filter, but did you have to take any steps above that?
  7. Exactly, WoW makes Blizzard far too valuble to close.
  8. No, it lasted until release! (well, not quite, but only because a disk was leaked in AUS a few days early).
  9. Contra 4 DOES rule. Who needs crappy 'modern' remakes when you can have 'traditional' remakes with the awsome levels ramped right up. You of all people should know this Ms.Infinity Engine. Contra 4 is worth buying a DS for if you were a fan of the originals. Period.
  10. Exactly. Look at what's happening to Esemble. 'erm, no, you're going to make Halo games now' 'oh, and when you're done we're destorying your studio, baibai!'
  11. Funny, that's what DRM tries to stop.
  12. Sinstar, Defender, Contra all went the 'lets make it 3D! Route and failed. The ones that didn't include Battlezone and Hostile Waters (Carrier Command). 'Rearmed' versions of Pacman and Galaga are also meant to be very good reimaginings but are still '2D'.
  13. Notice they're being funded by WoW and that a warcraft in their wake is far from an impossibility. Fact is, without WoW Blizzard would be at serious risk of a buyout by now. But whatever you're just using this as a platform for your own predudice so it's not like you give a crap about what i'm saying.
  14. If by killng you mean 'giving tons of money', then yeah, yeah. No, but you're right, really, it's not like they're making Starcraft 2 or Diablo 3, SP games are dead to them man, DEAD.
  15. Yeah, jedi powers arn't all about mind control. Wait, wait, this isn't the argument we're looking for.
  16. haha, that's cute, you can have two sets of nerd children and make them grind gold for you.
  17. Yeah, it's out.
  18. Well that would explain my weenerbix this morning.
  19. I'm suprised actually, she was, for me, a strongpoint to both the game and the industry. No other game has ever really used a 'hag' so prominantly nor so well. YOU BETTER NOT GET THIS POST KILLED AGAIN ARCHITECT YOU FREAKING ARTARD!
  20. Yes yes, we are in agreement. On our discussion about discussions.
  21. whoops, Day of Defeat: source, in which the primary victory mechanic is in the players using various classes to take and hold victory ponits around the map, exactly the same as a domination map only, in first person.
