  1. Agreed, WiC MP was great stuff, but it played more like a game of DoDs (or another teambased zone-control FPS) from an RTS perspective than an actual RTS. That is to say, no RU management and a focus on territory control rather than player (not unit) elimination. It was about action, teamplay and good aim with support powers which was awsome, and more so for its relative simplisity compared to other RTSs (no fluff, just right in), which is why i'm suprised that people are comparing DoW2 negatively to it.
  2. and trying to hack down other peoples explaination of their opinon is somthing else again.
  3. You're right, our personal opinons and enjoyment are moot in the face of superior game analysis logic! MOOT!
  4. Aw, too bad, though I felt exactly the same before I got a 360.
  5. While I loved World in Conflict i'm failing to see how this is more simplistic than what basically came down to rock-paper-scissors with tanks.
  6. This one is better
  7. That rumour thread was pulled from neogaf iirc, but yeah, it's probably bogus.
  8. I'm not being snide, but I honestly thought this was refering to KotoR until I realised who you were

  12. You better be getting the 360 version! I could have gone either way, but guesting won out because I have friends.
  13. Did captain Infinity Engine just say that ME had crappy graphics?
  14. all that has pretty much been confirmed already, yeah.
  15. Man you're late.
  16. Which one is Hades?
  17. Never change volo, never change.
  18. Skuld makes a good point, it's inefficent AND bad PR.
  19. The KotoR > ME people all seem to be saying the same thing actually. That the KotoR universe was more expansive and that the NPCs were more talkative. In terms of actual quality there was very little difference (writing and level design that is) so it's really the quantity that's the crutch it seems. I mean, Kaiden and Karth might as well be the same person, but Karth has 2/3 times more lines. Alternatively, it could simply be the fact that NPCs did very very little when off the ship in ME, unlike in KotoR where they would still interact with the player and other NPCs (even if it was limited).
  20. For Hades? You're looking at it.
  21. We're seperate and unique individuals, shut up. p.s. if I actually let Llyranor use my account you'd have all been goatsed a long time ago.
