The Modron Puzzle Cube was... ugh, god damn. Parodying bad dungeon crawls is dangerous ground, man. It turns out that knowing the puzzle cube is a bad dungeon crawl ironically doesn't make it much more fun in the end. I guess Nordom is cool but does he really make up for it?
I get quest EXP from this.
With such a lovely natural environment outside and no soul around, who needs toilets anyway? This is Pillars of Eternity man, there's souls everywhere.
I'd usually pickpocket, like, three dudes a game and then forget it existed.
Doubtful it will depend on being in stealth at the moment you initiate it. More likely just based on actual stealth skill and/or dexterity stat. A popular point of reference for this is the interactions with the Dusties and the pickpockets early on in Planescape Torment.

RPG LPs are traditionally/best done in screenshot format, and screenshot LPs aren't really a big thing anymore (and never were as big as video LPs). Regardless, I'm sure "person is good at this sort of thing" was the last thing Obsidian/Paradox cared about for the stream.

Those who signed up for it have beta builds, yes.
