  1. Maybe it depends on your class only.
  2. It is possible. BioWare did it with DA:I - the game had no walk toggle on release, then some people modded it and finally the devs added this feature. You can walk now, yay!
  3. Judging by Sawyer's video, you are still unable to walk, there are only slow/fast modes with default running. It seems that they decided to cut it off completely, which sucks...
  4. Is it true that there will be no walk toggle in the final game? Come on devs, even Wasteland 2 had one. Torment will have walking. So PoE will be the only game where you cannot walk? This is just silly.
  5. Yeah, I've found an estoc and now suddenly do a lot of damage. My paladin is tearing them to pieces! Feels good.
  6. One-handed weapons seem to be underpowered at the moment. I am using a rapier, and do very little damage compared to BB Fighter with his two-handed morning star. He also has crazy stats though...
  7. Can you even walk in beta? I think walking is disabled, you can only run or stealth.
  8. The only thing I hate about BL2 is the interface. Otherwise, it is a great game.
  9. So what about a walk toggle? Can I walk in this game or not? In previous builds, it was possible by going into stealth mode. Now it seems that you can only either run or sneak.
  10. I can't find the walk toggle button. Is it there or you can only run and prowl (love the new animation btw)?
  11. I am sure these portraits are just placeholders for the beta.
  12. Agreed. I think this is the biggest problem with the beta so far - I can't really enjoy the game because I can barely see what is going on.
  13. That's probably a slot for animal companion that rangers have.
  14. It seems that I have to play PoE with Path of the Damned enabled to experience the game fully.
  15. I doubt this will work. People will still see the beta as final product, and they will bash it for being buggy, unpolished etc.
  16. Well, Orlans are pretty much halflings/goblins (the wild ones are goblins, and the civilized Orlans are halflings). Aumaua could pass as Orcs, I think. Or maybe they are more like ogres.
  17. How big the beta is going to be compared to Divinity: Original Sin beta?
  18. I am not a power gamer, so I will probably keep companions that I like personality-wise (even if I end up with a weak party).
  19. I do, sadly. I hope this Orlesian ball will be a good opportunity for my rogue to use some stealth and pick-pocketing ...oh wait, I'm going to be the head of a major organization, stealing stuff wouldn't make much sense. Meh. That's what I always hated about RPGs. That they are trying to appeal to the kleptomaniac crowd? That they are not appealing to us kleptomaniacs enough. By the way, is pick-pocketing in DA:I?
