Direct3D: Version: Direct3D 11.0 [level 10.1] Renderer: ATI Radeon HD 4600 Series (ID=0x9490) Vendor: ATI VRAM: 1013 MB Your graphics card must be DirectX 11 compatible. In your file paths that you've posted, you've written "Savegames". This should be "Saved Games". Could you please try renaming your path with those changes and let us know if your save files are being recognized again? Thanks!

Éder has Knock Down and Mule Kick

Learning the ability Mule Kick is not just a simple numerical upgrade, but also a change to the base ability's effect. Knock Down causes the target to go Prone while Mule Kick is a pushback. As such, the two remain as separate abilities on the ability bar.

However, we are currently considering feedback about changing visibility for that UI on Expert mode. Thanks for posting!
