  1. So any word on why this is crashing? I've tried the game recently and it's still crashing on the same spot. Leaving Valerian's Rest to try and go into the Deadfire Archipelago area but it's not bringing up the map.
  2. Yeah, I upgraded to Windows 10 when a friend recommended it over 7. I'm running Win 10 right now and I'm still encountering the same crash. I just think I need to upgrade my video card.
  3. I'm also trying to send the file to you in a direct message but I'm not able to find the option. I don't use these forums very often as I'll need some directions.
  4. I can only finish the quests after you search Vilario's Rest the first time when you're finding the 4 NPC's. And when I leave Vilario's Rest the first time to attempt showing the Deadfire Archipelago map, it crashes. Before I was running Windows Vista and could not get Directx 11 and recently upgraded my OS to Windows 10 which allowed me to get up to Directx 12. Even though my video card is pretty old, the drivers should be able to support it as I have no problems running the game until the crash. I have not been able to do any of the quests you mention and am not able to repair the ship either as I am not able to explore the island. The forums won't allow me to attach the crash.dmp file to this post.
  5. Processor: AMD Phenom II X4 840 Processor 3.20 GHz RAM: 8GB DDR2 OS: Windows 7 Professional 64-bit Vid Card: ATI Radeon HD 4600 Used to have Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit OS and would crash because I required Directx 11 from an earlier post. Did not upgrade my OS until Steam had cancelled support with Vista and installed Win 7 Pro to my computer. Ran Pillars of Eternity 2 and still resulted in a hard crash leaving the 1st island of the game and I assume this is where the world map shows up. Crash logs attached output_log.txt
  6. I'm still having this hard crash error while loading the World Map the first time after the first beach zone and having the 4 NPC's at the campfire. Running Windows Vista (yeah I know it's an outdated OS, plan on upgrading in the fall/winter). Attached is the output log for the error. This hasn't been fixed ever since the launch of the game and I'm pretty frustrated that I can't play this game because of this. Pillars of Eternity I was a great game, had no issues loading, no corrupting files of the sorts ever since I bought the game and had 300 hours played. output_log.txt
