I liked how Invisible War handled Deus Ex's endings.

Playing as Claptrap in Pre-Sequel. I love this guy, but he feels really fragile sometimes. Maybe that's just because his subroutines select shotgun or melee and make me want to charge at everyone head on. And the verticality and movement of the spaces make the boss fights a bit more hectic and uncontrollable.

We should just rename WOT to Oby's playhouse.

I finished almost everything I wanted to do in Borderlands 2. Can't beat Son of Crawmerax is the only thing. On to Pre-Sequel! Where I will play as Claptrap and dance and give hi-fives.

I'm pretty sure my inbox is unlimited. Have you tried being as cool as me?

Still on Borderlands 2, criminey there's a lot of content here. Finished the campaign, moved onto TVHM and the pirate DLC. This game is giving me a backlog. Still have to play Game of Thrones: Episode 3, Life is Strange: Episode 2, Borderlands the Pre-Sequel, and just got Bloodborne in the mail.

Considering that it runs on my notebook, albeit badly, you should be able to play. With some patience. Your notebook is probably more powerful than the laptop I have access to. The PoE beta was completely unplayable. I also can't play Dreamfall Chapters or the new Broken Sword. I couldn't play Broken Age until after an update. Though Shadowrun and Banner Saga run well enough.

Maybe I'll see if PoE runs tonight on the laptop I have access too. Otherwise it's more Borderlands 2! After Chapter 10 there's kind of a flood of sidequests, ones I'm overleveled for by 3.

Which character did you end up going with? I have playing Wilhelm and enjoying it so far. Intrigued about Claptrap and Jacks Doppleganger as well. I'm playing Borderlands 2, playing as Maya. She's a got variety to her style, decent power, and still needs to be active. For Pre-Sequel I'm definitely going with Claptrap. Jack doesn't look interesting except as an idea.

Borderlands 2 on PS4. It's sooooo pretty. I did not know the awnings animated! One downside of playing on the current generation is that with increased draw distance and better responsiveness in the control, I can snipe everyone from long distance. Kind of takes most of the challenge out of it.

Yikes. When we had a pool, I went outside once and the pool pump was pouring water out because the top of the unit had popped. At least that was outside tho. Are you going to replace the carpet? I'd be worried about mold because of my allergies. :/ Anyway, hope it dries out quickly! Insurance adjuster is coming tomorrow and decision will be made after that. Talking with the water damage guy, it sounds like we'll likely get the carpet replaced and two of the cabinets. The vinyl weathered the incident well.

Sounds very Solas-centric. It's apparently not. Just a new area.

Dealing with flooding since Saturday. Washing machine is broken and just kept filling, taking half the kitchen and quite a bit of the carpet. Living room sounds like a wind tunnel right now.

Tales from the Borderlands Episode 2! I don't know if I love it as much as I loved episode 1, but I do know that I love it. Anyway, I'm also starting up Borderlands 2 for the Vita on my PS TV. It was such a dumb impulse buy, $20 and you're supposed to get bonuses when transferring the save to next week's Handsome Collection. The game looks like the lowest of low PC settings, but all of the gameplay is completely intact. The models look pretty good up close, too. So it's surprising just how much was accomplished.

I'm grinding trophies on Danganronpa. Not very exciting to be honest, killing time until today's release of Tales from the Borderlands and next weeks Borderlands The Handsome Collection and Bloodborne.
-
Beat Hotline Miami 2 Really liked it, recommended for those who can handle some twitch.
-
I keep forgetting Pillars releases that week since I can't play it. Might be building a PC soon to do so.

Life is Strange Episode 2 coming March 24th. http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2015-03-14-life-is-strange-episode-2-release-date So let me get this straight, March 24th is releasing Bloodborne, Borderlands Handsome Collection, and Life is Strange Episode 2. Looks like I know where all my time is going. At least Tales from the Borderlands is getting a week jump on all that.

I'm not really sure what the purpose of this is or where it's going, but let's just play it safe.

https://twitter.com/terryandrob/status/576036726046646272 One always hopes the passing of their heroes will be later. It has come. A great loss for literature, fantasy, and humor.

White People: What They Say in Public vs Behind Closed Doors
Tale replied to ktchong's topic in Way Off-Topic
'CIS' is short for 'cisgender', an insanity driven label revolving around the world of the 'transgendered'. It's new on the landscape of words, and was created by 'sociologists' and the like. The etymology is fascinating to me. Trans was accepted and people pulled a term from isomerism in chemistry to complement it -

Trying to play Hotline Miami 2, but it's kind of stressful. So I keep going back to Peace Walker completionism. I heard the rocket launcher pistol is good for the troops in outer ops!

Less than halfway into a rental of Birdman and I already know I must own a copy.

White People: What They Say in Public vs Behind Closed Doors
Tale replied to ktchong's topic in Way Off-Topic
Rob the word of power, use it! Don't use it, it makes people feel uncomfortable! Why do 'they' get to use it and I don't? Am I appropriately summing up the ongoing discussions here? People are weird. A remarkably inhomogenous mass of separate organisms, with separate minds (at least until I finish construction of THE MACHINE), and greatly different experience and backgrounds. We struggle to really one understand one another. It doesn't hurt me any to avoid making people uncomfortable because of the words I choose to use. And I suspect that might be true for most people. I kind of like the sentiment of trying to rob hate of its power, but that seems like something I'll want to wait for the sociologists to weigh in on. Groups other than the ones targeted can't precisely aid in that, their participation is hard to distinguish from further attack. Getting upset that others can say something you can't without the same reaction just seems selfish. They have a history and hurt to deal with there. Don't make it about you and your desire to speak carelessly. Onion's getting in on the topic: http://www.theonion.com/articles/fraternity-members-to-undergo-racial-sensitivity-h,38196/
