Bug? Pet party wide effect doesn't seem to work

Right click on the party-wide effect (blue text) to see what the actual party effect is. (Or read the description, it clearly states it)

Cutthrout cosmo armor recovery bonus.

For example, when I’m using light armor (+20%) and I have Cutthroat Cosmo on, then the penalty changes to +7%. This means Cutthroat Cosmo provides me with a -13% recovery bonus for light armor. I don’t know why it’s currently like this, but that can help you find out how much of a bonus he gives depending on the armor you wear

It’s really troublesome for me because I’m trying PotD for the first time and I’ve run into several islands where my entire party gets wiped in the 1st 5-10 seconds or I can’t hit the enemies and the fight lasts upwards of 10 minutes for 1 guy just autoattacking

does power level do anything for the ranger?
Every ability in the game gains damage/healing as you increase power level. I may be mistaken, but I think the duration of some ranger skills increase with power level as well.

Can someone explain the the Multiclass Monk Unarmed progression?
Monks unarmed ability scales with power level. Multiclassing causes you to get power levels slower and you also get 2 less power levels than single class. Personally I don’t care because i use weapons with my rogue/monk, but if you want max DPS with your fistbois so you can bruce lee some dudes, then it’s important to know.

Flame of Devotion healing Enemies as a Berserker.

This means skills hit both enemies and allies. (Applies to heals and damage) I suggest trying to get an int inspiration or suppress affliction on your zerker before you pop your FoD heal

Each achievement increases the max amount of points you can spend at the start of a new game. You don’t lose them upon spending them, it just determines how many points are available to you at the start of each playthrough

The area in the screenshot has enemies that I have a literal 0% chance to hit and can potentially one shot my entire party. (Way above me in levels and defenses). The option to show difficulty indicators is enabled so it should show. I'm currently playing on POTD, so might that be the problem?

Loading screens a bit too often and too long - also cannot turn off Autosaves?

EDIT: Timed the transitions between 10 different areas. Around 4-6 seconds. I vastly overestimated. Honestly, OP, I doubt turning off autosaves will help considering how quickly the game saves compared to PoE1, at least in my experience (Went from a 5 second screen freeze to no delay when quicksaving or regular saving at all) Try providing your pc specs in tech support and see if that helps you out
