On peut le voir dans le journal : 'Inspiration de résolution" MP : Inspiration de Détermination "Détermination" (inspiration de "resolve" niveau 1) MP : Résolution Vous êtes obliger de faire ça, car vous mettez déjà détermination dans la liste d'attributs ! Détermination ne peut pas donner +5 en... détermination. d'ou l'origine du premier problème lorsque je l'avais signalé. Résolution donne donc ...+5 en détermination, et Détermination est un attribut général.

Trickster : Master of illusion. 7 7 7. For 15 seconds, you have your full sneak attack (like other rogues in fact), +7 in all defenses and +20 % hit to graze. After that the illusion disappear AND the bad luck start : you received the actual malus : 10 % of sneak attack. There a coward (hit me) and a discreet (hit and run). A more (temporarly) defensive rogue is not bad...

Little recall. Can be only have ONE inspiration. No stacking. So a tiers 3 is the rolls royce of the game. The final step. If 50 % of hit to crit was perhaps too large. 25 % is... OK. Personnally a number like 30 to 40 was perhaps better. (35 % ?) You must sell a dream. tiers 3 are not absolutely crazy actually... Dexterity need to be : Dexterity +5 +35 % crit to hit. Immunity to engagement With that Fleet feet is less attractive. And alacrity with a true superior version.

Hello, It is more a proposition, not really a bug. There is a cool thing in Tyranny : you can saw the % of transformation for each step. It would be really cool if in Pillars that would be the same thing ! : For found bugs or even generally a better comprehension of stacking rules. EDIT : If there is a diminushing return, it is the good place to learn the true %. Like : 30 % + 10 % = 40 %.... or 37 % ? Quote of Boeroer in another topic.

Like Tyranny... Need information on the character sheet : Miss to graze : x % Graze to hit : x % Hit to crit : x % would be cool. For example, I don't know if 30 % hit to crit stack of barbaric blow with the berserker. Or stack with Disciplined strike. Not really. You have what actually ? In terms of shared ? 5 accuracy of aura... You change at 3. Devotion for the faithful = 10. Total = 13. Cipher have +20 accuracy self. Ranger +20 wounding shot +10 pray. Accuracy = +50. So yeah... 13 accuracy will not change the face of the world : p Previously : 10 (hightest : fighter stance or devotion) If I am a single player Priest+Paladin. I have 13. If I am a single player cipher+Ranger. I have 50. EDIT : You speak of "stack". But in fact Boeroer ? If you stack all the different stuff (accuracy + Defense + armor, differents bonuses of two classes for example, and non supressed). You have a variety of buff. FAR MORE than single class in solo. And what ? It is already far more effective. So in fact it is the same situation. Why a player can't choose his bonuses, his price ? Choose the same kind of bonus ? It is a bias already here. Obsidian tends to push the players to always make the same teams with this system. Optimal system is to reach all different bonuses. Not better than stacking the same bonus. If I have more... X I have less Y. Deal. Fighter 25 % hit to crit. Accuracy+10. Paladin 5 % hit to crit. Accuracy+5. No! I can't take this ! supressed. So ok, I take the armor. I have now 25 % hit to crit + 1 armor and soon healing with upgrade. I have no choice... I am now Far better than a single class in solo play in any way. Situation 1 with 5 party members : Full variety of bonus : Check, OK. Power of the team : MAX. Situation 2 with 5 party members : Attempt to full stack a same kind of bonus : NO. Power of the team : 0. Final ascertainment : If all party members give the best bonus for a variety of bonuses : Result of our investigation : No. You only need to find the biggest number + Take a variety of bonuses. Solo player is sadly crushed.

Yes. A team building. Like I say above : With this system, except chanter or paladin and their shared value, you have 6 individual isolated warriors. But Pillars is mainly a team building. Solo players have others tools to use (consumables, more xp) So it is not a true reason for me. And after that, for intermediate team, it is the choice of players... 90 % of people play with 5 party members... Fun Logical = I invest 1, I received 1. Fun and logical > bad balancing And "Bad balancing" single is a story of obsidian. There was so much more different way to allow a GOOD and POWERFUL single class... Obsidian is guilty here.

Totally agree. But I can say the exactly same thing for zealous focus. Pointless to invest in that ! True. Because 2 reasons : 1) I like emphasis. So IN POE1 if zealous focus works with stack + 10 (radiance) and +20 accuracy (devotion) of priest. It is less problematic. Not for the haxx but for the freedom. I would have say the same thing with a nerf of 10 of accuracy for devotion : Because my problem is not the nerf : but the utility of an ability. But globally in POE1 the problem was already here like Kaylon say. It was bypass by few exceptions. Priest notably, and priest is the king of accuracy. I use the best in each role so yes, I complaint less in POE1. I don't support the haxx of 6 priest with inspired radiance for example. But I support that each Ability give his true amount. Only this. In POE1, there was less associations (no multiclass), game is played differently. With the apparition of multiclass in POE2, it is an invitation to... Exploration of possibilities ? "supressed" "supressed" 2) Fun. It is not fun to see all your test have always a limit. Pillars is perhaps the game with the most of stacking rules. Boring, frankly. One of the pleasure of team building is not to have 6 characters isolated, supressed each others. So I prefer less bonus but with a true impact. Like say above, a bonus of 3 or 4 is perfect. I prefer 3 than 0 with awful stacking rules. My choice of picking this or this must be rewarded. That's why I was happy of nerf of devotion for the faithful. 10 is the perfect number. Except it reach the limit of all others "little" passives bonuses. (5 ; 10).

Not really if you are in team. The purpose is to create a subtle association. Quickly, you see a +10 accuracy here, a +1 armor here and here. Single are quickly in the absolutely same situation. Highter, somebody tell : it is exactly the same for true active abilities. No. "True active" abilities are not persistent. So you can make a choice to use them or not, contrary to a passive(active!) bonus. BUT ! Plus : If you are in this situation : Question for you boeroer : Flame of devotion = Active ability. (left of the Paladin tree) Zealous focus = Active ability. (left of the Paladin tree) What ? Stack....? How do you explain that ? There is exception ? So, yes it is not intuitive...

I am pretty sure at a moment two modal was stackable. Perhaps not at 3.0++ But for barbaric blow + Berseker. Stack or not. Two actives abilities of the same character single class for example. A clear rule is always a good improvement. But this is absolutely not the panacea actually. A lot of impossibilities are induced for a such system. You create abilities unusable under certain conditions/That create a null result when you have spend one invested point for example, far from optimal.

In POE1 there was few exceptions. Like -5 accuracy +20 % damage. Stack. And it is not because that was like this globally in POE1, that we have to find this normal. When you are casual, you take aura naïvely in POE1. Until you have +20 accuracy with priest. Here : 1) You don't know. You believe you are at 25. 2) You know and you respec at the good time. 3) You start and you will never take zealous aura knowing that you can have +20 with a priest. So yes, indeed same problem since PO1... ------------------------------------------ EDIT : And question, +30 % hit to crit for berserker. Stack with Barbaric blow or not ? Because this is with an active ability (frenzy) ? So yes or no ?

In fact, my position is not on fun of combos or not. It sad for my optimizator soul but not "essential". My position here is more to say : OK I have a pack of three aura. 2 of them can be fully countered by an other effect, very very often. At the end, I will never take this ability. Additionnal effect for 2 ability point are a misery (+5 % hit to crit etc...) Only the endurance is OK. Generally it is not trully the case, because there are active (with "activation" like FoD) BUT there is also an "active" (BUT without activation) When you used FoD for example, why accuracy is not supressed by devotion for the faihful in this case ? Where for one ability point (spend on tree), I have far more than only this (than accuracy. There is damage, accuracy etc.). So Auras are an active-passive but not really passive, but even when you change of aura, sometimes you have no bonus. Often, it is totally ok with active abilities BECAUSE you can't use them at the same time (barbaric blow VS flame of devotion) Here, there is an illusion of persistent passive, but no : sometimes nothing add a simple minor bonus. So I am... circumspect. Obisidian sell it like a little swiss knife. But in fact, for optimizer-players, will be never useful. I am a berserker ? Totally useless. (Armor+2) If I do the best spell for the team with a priest : devotion for the faithful : +10 accuracy ! Zealous aura also out. And I think you know the value of the last aura : p So yeah, I don't like this system.

Race and classes core bonus are passive ? OK. Inspiration / Afflictions = Active. OK. It is simple Yes. The problem is, why invest on an aura, seriously, there is a lot of classes that give Hardy or equivalent... (Druid, Barbarian, berserker etc.) There is simply no use. I think personnally modal of fighter and paladin need to be considered as passive, and replaced at the right of the screen. Far more logical for a simple reason : You are always on a situation of "supressed". My OP is the demonstration of the absurdity of all of this. I want accuracy ? Supressed. I want armor ? Supressed ? So what I must desactivate the aura ? : p

Weapon modals don't stack. Memories since beta 1 : Half-sword +2 penetration Tenacious +2 penetration = Don't stack. __________________________ BUT... Devoted +2 penetration Tenacious +2 penetration = STACK ______________________ Incomprehensible. For casuals players, and also for me (for others reasons. For the pleasure of "assembly".)

Hello guys, So I am not ok with actual stacking rules, you know that since the time. And I am perfectly ok with that. I can do with that and keep my opinion for me... Except for one thing... So zealous focus is supressed by Priest and/or fighter. OK. No problem, I do with that. Balthazar switch on the other aura for adaptation ! Squalala ! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8r2HRgYrmgQ Obsidian WANTS my switch, this is the reason of this package of 3 elements ? So I test an other aura... But... What...? Also here ? So... No... Focus : No. Endurance : No. So... I must pick the most useless of the 3 auras ? : p : p So, yes I don't understand this choice. The first excuse is : No Balthazar, there is a RED LINE in character creation panel : Multiclass are not recommanded for beginners. But... Excuse-me but... here ? Stoic steel is also Paladin, like zealous endurance ? 2 abilities in the ssame class we are OK ? So why, there is also a problem here ? EDIT : Visibly Hardy supress the aura. More seriously, you understand my approach : since the beginning : Stacking rules are a non-sense. It is not logical, and it is not interresting. PS : It is not my character here, but an ugly hired for few tests : p

Shifting and Wildstrike are now a joke. Not far the well named and debated Cipher. For me, this concept works in POE1 because you are virtually one of the best single target DPS of the game (with high speed) FOR 15 seconds. After that, you are far less good. You are forced to be good at the start of the battle. Now, spiritshifting is the worst DPS of all DPS and I am even not sure base druid is not more effective, with a good stuff... So the concept is totally killed. To reduce this screwing, the only solution is to supress the delay after spiritshifting. Frenzy = 0.8 seconds. Here : I think it is arround 3s (Recovery ?) ! (I have not the exact number) + Up the bonuses to 20 % elemental + 15 % elemental. You are more dependant of theses bonuses without your legendary stuff. So nerf a lot is very bad idea... And what ? 35 % of damage is too much ? Paladin have far more, himself, Monk have more... All without time constraint WTF... You lose the "essence" of the first proposition of obsidian. It is a pure return of the nature. You are without armor and weapon. You are enraged. Quick... For a little moment. In fact, spiritshifting need to be at 50 % of damage. Like invocation. So the contrary of a nerf at 25 %. Or... perhaps with an approach of level : Level 1 : 25 % (base 15 + up 10) Level 20 : 50 % (base 30 + up 20) Need to be strong, violent. Even with a reduced time. For 10s. + INT 23s is far too much actually. Nonsense.

Problème assez remarquable. On a un doublon. Lieu : Au niveau des arbres de compétences, le nom des compétences elles-mêmes, Imparable (Unflinching) Barbare ligne 4. Imparable (Unstoppable) Combattant ligne 4. Là vous êtes impardonnable les gars ! Je propose de laisser Imparable à Unflinching qui niveau du sens est plus près. Unstoppable a de plus un mot tout trouvé en français, qui correspond bien mieux que "imparable" d'ailleurs. Imparable (Unstoppable) Combattant ligne 4 : MP : Inarrêtable De plus, c'est un contre aux afflictions de dextérité, il y a cette notion de mouvement. En deux mots, ce mot est parfait et tout trouvé.
