  1. hi was wondering if monk can be replaced with rogue. will it work well? my current PT with helwalker/wael and Eder is totally owning my build.

  3. Description stated -25% recovery from armor. Eder's armor is +35% recovery. Recovery of weapons shown +19% from armor. Is this bugged?

Haha you looks mad well not exactly mad. but i'm kinda disappointed with direction obsidian is heading towards. first the figurines were already per rest in 1.1. now they made it per charge. if you want to make it like consumables, fine. you have to at least let people replenish it (with a cost). this is not nerf. this is taking away options. is like telling you the whole game will have 5 cinder bombs, 8 healing scrolls and if you used it that's it. there's no more and you can't but it anymore. thing is this figurine is optional. someone posted here which i agree. if you find the game easy you don't really have to use it. so they who find the game easy because they can't control themselves for using it then they force developer to change it. what kind of logic is that? you can even stop yourself for resting (there's a build for no rest playthrough). does that mean if people complain the game too easy because you can rest and therefore they come out with a change that you can only rest 5 times in the whole game. so rest at your own risk. so isn't this stupid? if you ask me the person who make it as charges is really stupid. if you want to give additional challenges put it in an option on new game. disable potion, disable figurines, gimp yourself, max level cap is level 8 or whatever shiat then do it as an option. put it even as an achievement if they want. not forcing people on it. this is clearly not nerf but taking away options. is the same frustration that i have that they make swift furry melee only which previously includes range. they should have instead balance the proc rate, the damage but no they remove it. this is breaking people's build. not nerf!. the designer who did this is clearly clueless and stupid.

  8. this are my thoughts. it makes more sense to have 15 level deep of dungeon in first poe as the area are not as big. for deadfire is more open world. i think 15 levels abit too much. maybe 5 would be great if each level are full of content. the problem i see with so many dungeons, locations, quests, etc. it's really hard to balance the game that way. unless obsidian's goal in poe3 is that progression dont tie to level cap so they can focus on more content and balancing the XP reward wont be that difficult.
  9. i think it's not fair to compare it that way. some ability which cost the same but performance wise are much better. they are designed not to be equal well totally useless is my initial reaction and probably slight exaggeration. the 4s stun is really quite nice but i find it too short and if it deals primary attack or maybe full attack on the target and aoe stun that will be nice for me. full attack just up the resource cost so you cant spam. If your initial reaction to an ability being nerfed is "totally useless now" it might be a good idea to take a breath double-check your thinking. well i did take a deep breath and perhaps multiple deep breaths and even couple good night sleep too. now i even triple, quadruple check my thinking and thanks for reinstating my opinion i think it's still totally useless . i think the ability should have 2 upgrade tier. the 1st tier probably full attack the end target with the 4s stun. the last tier upgrade will be full attack but make it that resource cost that you can only activate it once. it's player choice if they want to use that or they can use other ability. it means attack with all your equipped weapons. if you equip 2 weapons, you deal damage with that 2 weapons.
  10. My Tarn's respite and another Frost Sabre weapon gone when i equip it on Pallegina. Now her hands become bare fist and the weapons no where to be found in stash. Not sure if this happen to anyone before.
  11. understand your point on a terrorist build . if there's such a build it must be terribly viable because losing 1 key member is crucial for non solo players in my opinion

  13. awesome looking pallegina there! i hope no one gets offended with her showing skin. it seems the trending nowadays is that we need to be afraid of women showing skin and that's seems to be a sin.
  14. full voice acting is really great but i can recognize most of the voice lines from all the NPCs are from the few voice casts from Critical Role. understand the budget constraint but if anything i would love that Obsidian could use a different game engine. maybe divinity original sins engine? The 2D isometric really clutter and solve nothing on combat clarity. besides most of the assets on deadfire seems to be 3D and not static art. it's already partial 3D actually.
  15. actually in my opinion it's bad. other revive are much better. you cant be saying it's not bad because you can cast barring's death door. what if there's no priest in the party? player's fault? . of course it's just my opinion. i have barring death's door but i didnt use it for this actually . i use chanter's revive though. splitting resurrection to other classes is a good thing so that said class will not be a dependent class which promotes varied party composition .
  16. 0 random encounter for me post 1.1 patch. I can't get the griffin blade due to this
  17. it just means it's situational and only applicable for certain builds and not so flexible and you require more effort to chain and combo it? bottomline it's still the same. it does stun for 4secs.
  18. actually all the armor aesthetic looks plain boring. i wished the can put more time in making very cool looking armor and weapons.
  19. Spent around 200 hours but haven't yet complete the game (try out multiple builds and abandon them). I would say this game is really beautiful. Literally everything from the the settings, lore, visuals, characters and combat. Sure there some flaws here and there but this game is truly beautiful. Loving most of the characters ranging from xoti, pallegina, tahehu, eder, maia, mirke and many more. Loving the valians, huana, principi and all those gibberish words ranging from ac, agracima, ekera and ranga nui! Oh and yes the combat is awesome!
  20. Gosh this party just wreak havoc!. Eder (Swashbuckler) Takehu (Druid) Pallegina (Herald) Maia (Geomancer) And i'm kinda shameful Eder seems to kill faster than my MC (Helwalker/Wael)
