  3. Hey notalljims, Welcome to the forums and thanks for joining us! Sorry to hear about your troubles. With the new patch out, I would suggest to delete your old saves and make a new party. Under Filter Characters tap on Experienced and select your party again. You should be able to continue where you left off without losing any progress. Thanks a bunch!

  5. Including items unlocked from buying chests? I don't mind starting the characters over but losing all those chest unlocks would be painful. Items unlocked by chests will still be there!
  6. Sorry that didnt work, try this. Close out the game completely, Go into the App Store, and then to update and update the game manually. Then go back into the game.
  7. Hey everyone, Try closing out the app after updating and see if that works. If you uninstall the game, your save data will be gone and you will lose your progress. Items you purchased with gold or money will still be there. Thanks!

  15. Hey everyone! This is a known issue and we are looking into it. As Hannibal suggested, that would be the work around. Before you do so, it would be super helpful if we could get a save folder from you guys who are experiencing this. Please use Dropbox, Sendspace, etc, to link the file. Connect the Android Device to your PC. Open Windows Explorer and open the device Open the Android Folder, then data -> net.obsidian.pacg1 -> files Copy the PACG1_SAVE_GAMES folder to your PC Zip and send! Thanks a bunch!
  16. Hello DrDeviousX, Welcome to the forums and thanks for joining us! Did you happen to leave the app running in the background for long periods of time? That has the possibility of corrupting your game save. We are working on a fix for that. As for quest mode, the next patch update will fix the issue. There is a work around. But before you do that, if it is not too much trouble, please send us your save folder so we can take a look. You'll have to use Dropbox, Sendspace, or Google Drive to upload the files as the size limit would go over what the forums allow. After you do that, just delete your party, create a new one and in the Filter Characters, tap on Experienced, and select the same characters and you will be able to progress right where you left off How to locate and upload your save folder Connect the Android Device to your PC.   17. Hey guys! Thanks for pointing these out to us. I'll have bugs written up for these issues. Could you guys please upload a screenshot when finding typos? That would be super helpful! It's alright to start a new thread, I like to have each bug with their individual threads so its easier to track and monitor. It can get a little messy when there's a lot of issues being reported on the same thread. Thanks a bunch!

  19. Hey Longshot11, This is a known issue, but we are unable to reproduce it on our end. It would be super helpful is someone one could upload a save file so we can take a look. Due to the limited data space on the forums, you will have to use Dropbox or Sendspace, etc. to send the files. Just post the link here and remember to make the file public! How to export your save data: (Android) Connect the Android Device to your PC. Open Windows Explorer and open the device Open the Android Folder, then data -> net.obsidian.pacg1 -> files Copy the PACG1_SAVE_GAMES folder to your PC Zip and send! Thanks a bunch!
  20. Hey Srvannor, If you are stuck and you cant progress past that screen, delete that party and create a new one, under Filter Characters, tap on Experienced and select your party and you should be able to progress where you left off. Thanks a bunch!

  22. Hello Hannibal_PJV, I believe you are taking about Toxic Cloud? Just to get some clarity, you were never prompted to recharge the card after the turn was over? Is the card was no longer in your deck after completing the scenario? Thanks!
  23. Hello Longshot11, Apologies for the inconveniences. As da_mayor as mentioned, kgk4569's issue was resolved by sending me his account ID and email attached to that account. We can look up your account and see what the issue was. Please shoot me a PM or email support so we can get this issue resolved. Also, do you still have those 3 cards in your gallery/vault? Or did you lose all the cards when you reconnected? Thanks a bunch!
  24. Hello Buckalbertbill, Welcome to the forums and thanks for joining us. A temporary workaround is to delete that save and create a new party. Those characters should move into their experienced characters pool and be available for a new party. Thanks a bunch!
