  1. Hello fallond, Sorry for any inconveniences. If you had to reset your iPad or uninstall the game, you will lose your progress. We currently do not have a way to store save data on our servers, but it is something we are working on. As for your gold, anything you have purchased with gold or money will remain on your account fortunately. If you could PM me your PFID# I can reimburse you your missing gold.. You can find your ID# in the settings menu from the main title screen. This issue is fixed in the upcoming 1.0.3 patch. Thanks!

  3. Hey guys, Its a hard bug to reproduce, but it is a known issue, the workaaround for this is to open the settings window and go into the vault, then exit. Once you do that, the card will be back in your hand. Hope that helps!

  6. Hey Ontarah, It sounds like you have the base game installed which is 3.02, and you are trying to install a patch. If you have the base game installed with the installer, there is no need to install the patches. The patches are only for updating the game from older versions. The installers are already up to date. My suggestion is to completely uninstall the game. and delete any patch or installers you have. Go to the GOG site and download only the Installers for the base game (3 files), TWM P1. (2 files) and TWM P2 (2 files) Just download and install the installers only. Don't use the patchers at all. Then you should be good to go!
  7. Hey HPL_fan and everyone! Thanks for the kind works and valued support. We run a small crew here, so having everyone here being so active and reporting bugs is extremely helpful to us. So thank you all for giving us a hand and aiding us in making this game even better!
  8. Also guys, if you find any bugs that are not reported here, please make a new thread about it. We don't read this thread very much. Its just mainly to update the list and let everyone know whats going. We are getting quite a bit of duplicate posts on the forums, so please read this thread and search the forums before you post! Knowing is half the battle! Thank you guys so much for helping us make this game great! Your assistance is greatly appreciated!
  9. This is the exact bug I just got. Haven't found a workaround yet. The workaround is selecting the next character before you hit the blue triangle. At least that did it for me. As to the cards getting stuck on a cancel. As a workaround I hit menu, go to vault (in the vault the card stays in the middle of the screen). Then when I exit the vault it's back in my hand. Nice! Thanks for the workarounds Kamikazi!
  10. Hey pooter, Just to get an update. What version of the game are you playing? Have you updated the game to 1.0.2? If you could check the app store and make sure if there is an update. You can also check the version number in-game in the Settings button (gear box) in the main menu. Thanks!

  13. Hey Zwierdo, Welcome to the forums! There is a bug with the gold timer, fortunately, this has been fixed and will be in the next patch. Please PM me your PFID# and I can take a look at your account. You can find that ID# in the settings menu on the main screen. Thanks a bunch!
