I actually disagree with that Wals and here is a couple reasons why 1. If it ever came to that it wouldn't be a conventional war but a guerrilla war/insurgency 2. a non-trivial amount of troops would outright refuse to fight Not that I think such a thing is ever going to happen I've seen more than a few people here in the states call for a system similar to what mkreku described but the problem with that is that gun ownership is a right and not a privilege like driving a car or whatever else you would have to get a license for.

I would think that an Aumaua would be more likely to be a wereshark than a werewolf but that would require race specific progression

Yeah, it's much better than the original imho -manual save -tons of skill and stat checks -new spells and weapons -you get a dog I read it opens up quite a bit more than the original but I'm not very far in yet

Supposedly they put more Matrix trips and decking skill checks so you won't be so useless. So far I've seen a few and I've just started

Weirdo For me there is no other genre of game that I really want to play. Well, except The Witcher series. But I can never have enough good new "old school" CRPGs to look forward to. I know, "weirdo" is the word! It's not like me at all, but you should see my list. I'll be preoccupied until the year 2017, and by then I'll just pick up Zaharia in a Steam sale for scraps. Cynical, perhaps, but still... Please feel free to back StarCrawlers because I want some of those stretch goals I do hope that if Zaharia doesn't make it the guys working on it revise their plan and add some more polish to the demo and try again

I've haven't had much time with the demo but it's pretty clunky but fairly enjoyable. The potential is there but since the devs seem pretty new to this I'll keep rocking my skeptical vest and stay at the early bird tier. Not that I think it will matter in the end as I'm not too confident they will hit their goal but better to back and fail than to never have backed at all
