  1. Vacation scheduling issues My trip to the Dominican Republic is on hold due to a wedding and a birthday I'm expected to attend in the same month. I have enough days off to swing it but my wife does not. I vote for Dodge City & Santa Fe. Just for the historical value if nothing else. There is nothing to see in Albuquerque. If it wasn't for Bugs Bunny nobody would have ever even heard of it. If you do go to Amarillo you MUST eat at Coyote Bluff. Get the burger from hell. You've never had anything like it! The last part reminded my of my last trip to Vegas. A friend drove from Texas and hit every place that was featured on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives along the way EDIT: I've never been to OKC or Dodge City but I would recommend Santa Fe over Albuquerque, it has more "personality"
  2. Taste, actually It has a unique flavor that I like
  3. My wife made me a drink and I'm guessing the ingredients are (judging by the contents of the kitchen) sprite, vodka, and Cointreau A little sweet but not bad
  4. The tree is known for its distinctive smell which has been said to be similar to a cross between rotting fish and **** http://www.theawl.com/2013/04/this-spring-new-york-city-smells-much-less-like-sperm http://www.businessinsider.com/bradford-pear-tree-****-sex-smell-2013-4
  5. I think they can be very funny In good taste? Absolutely not
  6. The Glock with the axe head had me giggling like a man of my age should not be giggling EDIT: Also, I'm pretty sure Aram is Nick Cage from Lord of War
  7. Sushi last night and BBQ the night before Tonight is a mystery
  8. Tons of these planted all around the neighborhood The smell is really not pleasant
  9. Spring has sprung and although it's quite lovely out the smell is what I can only imagine would be the scent of an old dirty porn set

  16. I've applied but heard nothing back and had completely forgotten about it until you just mentioned it
  17. It reminds me of the English English scene from one of the Austin Powers movies, Goldmember I think it was.
  18. [tinfoil hat]Nah, "Big Oil" will buy it and lock it away [/tinfoil hat]
  19. I'd like to find some decent JRPGs to play but I'm usually immediately turned off by the art style and direction. I'm sure I've missed more than a few good games over the years due to my aversion but I'm also sure that I've saved countless hours by never getting pulled into WoW for the same reason
  20. A close friend of the family passed away so I took a personal day
  21. It's just something different I guess. I think the flavors tend to mix better if the beer is aged in a bourbon barrel rather than if the bourbon is added directly to the beer I've also had wine made in whiskey barrels and vice versa
  22. RIP Ultimate Warrior He was my favorite wrassler when I was a kid and I even got to see him "wrestle" a few times Manly tears
