This will be a new video series, where I exploit 6 chanters. The first thing you will notice, is the chant which drains endurance stacks on enemies, so even by standing still you deal massive amounts of damage. Also you can summon 6 phantoms at once. Looking forward to level 9 and dragon chant. Pretty sure it also stacks. Here I take on the bear with main chanter being level 3 and the others freshly made on level 1. I ahven't ven got deflection rings or any good items for that matter. I have no tactics whatsoever other than letting endurance drain. I didn't need to summon a single phantom I did it for lolz sake.

So, I just started a chanter, because I want to build the laziest party ever 6 chanters. :D In the starting area I encountered, what feels to me like a HUGE bug. When I killed the wolves I summoned a phantom when the wolves were down to near deat status and it correctly disappeared after the wolves were slain. When I got ambushed by the 2 Glanfarthans however, the phantom did not disappear after the fight was over it stayed for the next fight and the fight after with their leader and Heodan. When the caravan leader uttered his famous "Git inside, run", the phantom did not run, but stayed on the battlefield, so I thought it would surely be gone, now. NO, once I spawned inside the ruins, there it was again. edit: Now, that I quit the save and reloaded, the phantom is finally gone.

Taking more than one aura is a bit of a waste of a talent though, as there are many more which build on each other. Mutually exclusive modal abilities all are. I usually play with two paladins, and have no complaints about the damage output. Flames of Devotion do serious damage, and the auras and exhortations boost damage for everybody which more than makes up for the paladin's lower "raw" damage potential. Finding it pretty smooth going with my current party actually. Got all the Marking weapons in use now, which means everybody gives each other +10 ACC all the time. Crits everywhere! (My only complaint is with the loot table RNG. Not a Ring of Unshackling to be found anywhere!) I'd rather waste a talent then a whole character, but I didn't use a party for a long time, so I might be overthinking it. ;P Ofc you're not gonna have "complaints" about the damage if you play it right, but just compare the measly damage a paladin does compared to the true high damage AoE classes.^^ I think if I did a full party just for laughs sake, I really would have to constrain myself to pick other classes than ciphers, wizards and chanters. :D Ok I guess I would take priests and druids, too. :D But even though paladin is my fav class for solo I'd really have a hard time to fit one, let alone 2 into it.^^ Funny about the unschackling rings I always have at least 2 on my playthroughs which is too much for any solo char.

You don't need to worry about getting wounds. First of all, PER doesn't give deflection anymore, so all deflection based chars have 10 less DEF. Also those kind of classes tend to use at least a small shield, a monk is not gonna use any shield. The real question is if you really needed resolve even if you wanted to max it. The answer I think is no, especially in a party and with the CON buffs. (Monk had beastly HP even before those). Another question is how many deceptive aka evil speech checks require you to have high RES, but I don't think it's too many.

Bear on PotD is really easy if you are level 3. Some have done it on 2 lol. I also like the level 2 AoE DoT spell, it only does corrode dmg but for such a lowlevel spell it's still insane.

It's neat but not the best aura. And it doesn't really matter since you can switch between auras anyway. I'd never play more than one pally in a group, the damage output is just too bad. And I'm definitely pro pally. but remember the time, when trolls flooded the forum with paladin is useless threads, which went on for an insane amount of pages?

I tried to do it. To stay in the very lower corner, but that Fampyr's charming skill is so annoying, that was impossible do more than 5 hits without they spam that thing. Yeah. I couldn't put a better title without mentioning Readric's raise. Mainly because is much more easy for people find this kind of content, when looking for help on google. Their AI is probably better now, just remembered, that my cipher fight was way before 2.0, I think 1.4 or smth.^^

Unle3ss your ranger is at least level 12, you don't have to compare him to the wizard which is probably the best solo class or the pala which is equal. Ranger on low levels just sucks ass for solo. How do you reload on TCS? I mean I know it's possible, but doesn't that defeat the purpose of the challenge?

She does aggro, but for some reason she doesn't actually move. Actually I don't know for certain that she aggros since I had betrayed her so she and her adds started off aggressive when I entered the cavern. Honestly I doubt I could have beaten her without killing off the Adragans separately. I was trying to beat her in a straight up tank and spank, with Eder tanking her facing away from the rest of the party, Durance nearby trying to keep Eder alive and the rest of the party DPSing from behind and that was hard enough. Having to handle the Adragans mind control, with the possibility that they'd mind control Durance and then Eder would die would have been hellish. That probably tells you all you need to know about my skill at PoE Hey I wasn't trying to be elitist I just get passionate about winning and not cheating lol. I would say my skill isn't that great either. I have beaten PotD/ToI run but my last TWO Triple Crown runs have ended in deaths. One with the ghost Fight in Caed Nua. I didn't know that the new patch made ghosts immune to Knock Down and just recently I for some reason couldn't handle Pendhelm at level 3. I didn't have enough melee and my front line got knocked down. I also decided to try something new and not run a Priest (TC is probably not a time to experiment) so had no repulsing seal for my back line. I would say I am better then the average guy but I am about 1 for 6 in PotD ToI runs. So I have done it but I am not that great. I am sure a great player NEVER gets beat on PotD/ToI edit: never mind.^^
