[1.05 v563] bug related to Bonded Grief
If the animal companion dies away from the ranger, the Bonded Grief debuff appears and immediatly disappears, even though the companion is still down. Steps to reproduce: send the animal companion alone to fight an enemy have the animal companion die This only happens when the animal companion dies away from the ranger (which, I believe, triggers the end of combat, but doesn't resurrect the animal companion because he's still surrounded by enemies). The debuff works fine if the ranger is active in combat together with his animal companion.

The animal companion doesn't take health damage despite suffering significant endurance damage. Is it supposed to work that way?

Marked Prey is doing massive amounts of dmg. Easily 200+ per hit.
I created a new ranger with a bear companion in v563. I picked Vicious Companion at level 2 and tried to reproduce the stacking bug by saving and loading multiple times. I didn't get any stacking, and things seem to be normal.

Version 563 was released about 15 hours ago, and the patch notes state "Fixed issue where Animal Companion bonuses were stacking on save/load. (Introduced in 1.05 Beta)". That was the fix that Roby was referencing. Are you saying that you started a new playthrough on v563 and you still have the bug? Maybe the patch didn't fix the issue retroactively?

[1.05 v563] Missing particle effects
Modal abilities (e.g. Defender) lose all particle effects if you save and load a game while the ability is still active. This was reported in earlier versions as well, but it hasn't been fixed. Attacking with wildstrike burn/shock/freeze etc. no longer produces elemental particle effects. This worked properly in the release version.

Version 563 is the second (or "next") beta, and it's the version for which the fix had been promised. Where did you see the devs promising further fixes?

[1.05] Problem with Conjure Lesser Blight
Blights don't disappear after combat, and they keep appearing in every indoor area. For example - I conjured an Earth Blight during the combat against the bears in Valewood, and it kept appearing in houses in Gilded Vale afterwards.

Some words near the right edge of the bestiary screen are cut off. The problem persists regardless of the resolution.

Strangely enough, going through the same steps actually fixes the position of a crossbow (so it rests on the back instead of the hip). Weird. EDIT - scratch that; crossbow placement on the back gets fixed, but it floats in front of the character during combat. The only way to resolve the problem is to perform a quicksave-quickload. EDIT #2 - the problem started happening randomly even without using spiritshifting

I didn't notice anything about the issue regarding stat/ability/talent stacking for companions that are resting at the stronghold; e.g. having extra lvl 1 spells - https://forums.obsidian.net/topic/78732-104-hiravias-has-ten-1st-level-spells/?hl=spells - https://forums.obsidian.net/topic/78186-bug-number-of-spells-per-rest-increasing-for-no-reason/... or dealing extra damage - http://www.reddit.com/r/projecteternity/comments/34awew/hiravias_druid_fire_damage_broken/) - https://forums.obsidian.net/topic/77643-firebug-does-more-damage-than-it-should/ Is this still an issue? Do we still have to strip our companions naked before dismissing them?

Dismissing a companion where they were recruited destroys inventory
So, this bug doesn't affect every location? I assumed it affected everything, which is why I always removed all items from characters before dismissing them.
