  1. Uh... do you like RPGs at all or are you looking for shooters? I can't think of any RPG that delivered a decent shooting experience... unless you count Borderlands and that isn't really the type of RPG I like.
  2. Speaking of gross things, don't
  3. I didn't realize Fringe was back on TV so I just watched the last 3 episodes on Hulu. Damn this show is good! I remember I felt pretty 'meh' about the show during the first few episodes but it has just gotten better & better. I'm so glad the show is heavily involving the alternate universe and I love the direction the show seems to be going for seadon 3.
  4. I think that part right there tells you that you were expecting the wrong thing from AP. Deus Ex is even worse as 'a shooter experience' yet look at how well the game was received by critics/fans and how well it is remembered today.
  5. I've beat the game twice so far, once as a rookie 'bastard' Thorton and once as a 'veteran not kill anyone' Thorton. I have no idea why I chose to do it this way. It would have made far more sense that a rookie would be nicer/have a harder time killing while a vet Thorton would have the skills to back up his douchebaginess. My rookie was more of a soldier, while my vet was a stealthy spy, so I'm going to try a third play through with a gadet engineer Thorton.
  6. He may have been a great general, but he was a
  7. They aren't even pulling them, just renaming them to 'opposing force'. I guess that makes it all better. I think a better solution would be to copy the American Army game, where no matter what you always see yourself and your team mates as the U.S. army and you always see the enemy players as the terrorists.
  8. This. I wanted the two hours of my life back after No Country.
  9. HD remake of Beyond Good and Evil coming out next year! Edit: Bah, in my excitement I didn't check last page. Already mentioned. Hope somebody hasn't mentioned this one... Red UNDEAD Redemption! Red Dead just keeps getting better and better! Screw GTA... Rockstar should just make Red Dead games.
  10. The Universe is beyond comprehension. For all we know, we could make up the cells of some massive creature. Think of the end of Men in Black where it zooms out and aliens are playing with marbles and our universe is contained in one of the marbles.
  11. As an example of how much people are looking forward to Fallout New Vegas, IGN has a poll up for most wanted game in the remaining months of 2010 and F:NV is currently ranked as the second most wanted game at 26% right after Call of Duty: Black Ops at 27%. Nothing to sneeze at considering how popular the CoD series is.
  12. Tried the demo for Enslaved. I had little to no interest in the game beforehand, but I was blown away by the demo. Unfortunately, it comes out the same day as Castlevania: LoS.
  13. Wow. This sentence really proves some people take a random piece of old legislation too seriously. This sounds like something Obama would say. The Constitution is a bit more than a 'random piece of old legislation'. It certainly is for most Americans anyway (the ones that aren't ruining the country anyway).
  14. Its like I've said all along, MMOS are the work of the devil! I played one once and my IQ dropped 10 points and I gained 50 pounds... in ONE HOUR!
  15. Rage subsiding... a little bit. It still pisses me off that there is no single player experience.
  16. And it is infuriating! I hates them... and the stupid masses who play MMORPGS! That brings up a good point. I bet MMORPG players are fatter than standard RPG players. Dumber too. Yes I went there.
  17. And it is a filthy stinking MMORPG, not a true KotOR 3. Just as this new NWN is not the real NWN 3 that I wanted.
  18. First they kill KotOR, now this.
  19. I'm happy to get two games that I absolutely love in one year, ME 2 & Red Dead Redemption. In for the remainder of 2010 I'm looking forward to: -Hydrophobia -Castlevania: Lords of Shadow -Fallout: New Vegas -Halo: Reach -Call of Duty: Black Ops or Medal of Honor (haven't decided yet, will prob get one then get the other a few months later) Other games I'm somewhat interested in but probably wont get on release: -Splatterhouse -F.E.A.R. 3 -Dead Rising 2 -Fable 3 Plenty of other games I've missed on release that I'd like to check out at some point too like the Lara Croft XBLA game and Alan Wake.
  20. Tears were streaming down my face! 'LET ME SEE YOUR WAR FACE! BWAAAAAAARG!'
  21. Maybe a pack of radsquirrels find your body and regurgitate water and nuts into your mouth over a month keeping you alive...
  22. No idea really. I just chose whatever looked cool.
  23. The weather effects in Lair of the Shadow Broker blew me away! Rain on the windows during one section and massive storm clouds looked photo realistic.
  24. That explains much, thank you for clarify... FPS game isn't?... yeah, I just had to get back to the chronicles... yeah, dead boring... well. soon you'll be able to play it in your mobile... life is good... The gamer who never experienced Doom or Doom 2 in it's day is a sad gamer indeed and is to be pitied for it knows not what it missed.
  25. Well... Duke Nukem Forever didn't need millions of hours of work to finish, or tons of money, or dedication and passion. It just needed the promise of sex! How appropriate. "To us, it felt like Duke can't die," said Pitchford. The Gearbox boss also related his wife's insistence that he take up Duke's cause and that if he succeeded in making it happen, she'd give him
