  3. I think it was a great decision to make spell pods an alternative to Yatzli's 'dispel illusions' ability. But Marius' "Hunter's Sense" feels even more mandatory to me. Revealing hidden items is nice, but the real value is quickly verifying that there's nothing around. It saved me so much time, that I ended up keeping Marius in my party for the entire game, even when I would have preferred to use a different companion. It would be awesome if you could make "Hunter's Sense" an MC ability that Marius can teach you.
  4. It would be interesting to consider what a preemptive strike looks like with a horde of drones combined with hypersonic missiles. That could be overwhelming. Particularly if Ukraine has fallen, opening up another flank along the polish border.
  5. I have good news, I have decided what Im going to buy and play next Dredge, Darkwood and then Cyb2077
  6. The biggest threat to US is ISRAEL. They could literally bomb every ship city and US would never fight back.
  7. Jimmy Swaggart My mom's dad was a pastor involved with a lot of the scumbags like Swaggart and Copeland early on into their ministries/proto-televangelist careers. Swaggart probably isn't as evil as Copeland is, but I can't say I'm terribly sorry to see him go, little good it does now.
  8. Guess they were not the only team looking to dump a player. Unrelated to the above.
  9. Hi, I played a Ghost Heart / Chanter and now I'playing a Trascendent (so a Chiper also) and I always put 10 in MIG. No reason to have more of it. You can raise MIG easily and DEX, PER, INT are more important also for damage. MIG can be useful expecially for healing I guess, than for damage. And, besides, Cipher has alredy a bonus damage, and cipher and ranger are great damage dealer classes even without more MIG. So I agree with Boeroer. Ascendant is good for a seer, too. Or no subclass. But because you can deal great damage has a ranger you can have damage bonus as when ascendend and zero cast cost, very good. Disadvantages are little nuance in comparisons. Other classes fit worse with ranger, for a reason or the other. Frostseeker is a wonderful weapon, I recommend you also Essential Interrupter because of shock damage since you wanna try war bows and I like a lot Eccea's Arcan Blaster... with a Cipher it can make wonders I wonder what a Seer with borrowed instinct and hunter's fang can do against a specific enemy if they stack: +40 ACC, +20% damage, +20 all defenses...
  10. Yes absolutely. Poland is the best, and I give them complete credit for it. And it's not just spending, but what they're spending on. They're doubling the size of their army, making it completely mechanized, and also doubling the number of fighter squadrons in their air force flying 4.5 or 5th gen aircraft carrying long-range missiles. They're doing everything right. But this is also exactly why I worry they may face a preemptive strike by Putin.
  11. I didn't think they were going to be able to do much or that they'd be able to move Porter.
  12. How should Australia treat the US, whats an example of how Oz currently treats non-proper countries? An example of what you mean is the easiest way to make your point
  13. It still has to pass another vote in the House And the Senate vote was very close, 50-50 so Vance voted https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/clyzzzdj15vo You can see with these types of razor-thin Congressional outcomes how important control of Congress is
  14. Well the politicians would have you believe otherwise, but whatever. Defense spending should be measured against national GDP. In that regard, Poland actually spends more on defence in Europe: 4.12% versus 3.38% for the USA. Presumably it's a response to their eastern neighbors.
  15. Nice idea, maybe a half sunken kayak. Can wait to see the underwater buggy ideas. Looking forward to seeing more biome ideas players have.
  16. Definitely a lot of modern marvel was built in that period.
  17. So annoying that our (Australia's) politicians seem to feel the need to carry on treating the USA like it's still a proper country.

  19. Yes, he's looking into how to strip naturalized citizenship from people; the DOJ has made that a priority. You know, rather than go after actual criminals like the people DJT's pardoned. Anyway, Musk can afford to live anywhere. I'm sure he'll find a new home and invest his billions there instead.
  20. Yay, I can't wait for my taxes to go up again just like they did for Trump's last tax cut
  21. Dredge is a fine game made by a fine people. I have been playing Bioshock /2. Didn't really like either of them when I first played them but I have obviously mellowed in my expectations- System Shock 3, essentially- over time since I have enjoyed both. Still reckon Bioshock has the best art direction of any game I've played though its level design makes zero sense from a practical standpoint and while flawed if you spend too much time on them the stories are great. The gameplay is... there? Adequate? OK? Haven't been enthused, haven't got tired of it. I always wished stealth and care was a more realistic approach in them though. And of course for a Big Daddy Delta is as tough as a wet paper bag compared to the meatbag of the first game.

  24. I have to agree. I've always believed that games are art, but Pentiment is on another level.
  25. Senate increased it to be 5 trillion. One rule that always seems to be true is that when politician say that they are worried of national debt they always lie.
