  2. Honestly, the vast majority of series would probably be improved by swapping out the ending for playing Come Sweet Death while humanity is merged into a collective being. Unironically, Omedetou out of nowhere is better than 90% of what actually happens. But at the very least in this case, it would show exactly what Vecna was trying to do. The Mindflayer is already capable of manifesting irl, or at least was until they retconned it into a D-tier Godzilla enemy, so his plan had to have been more than just bridging the gap between worlds to invade it from Mexico The Abyss. I'm struggling to articulate this well, but my thoughts on the final season is that it is at the same time too long and too short (ie bloated runtime without doing anything real) as well as that it feels like it was made to end an alternative series where evil Sarah Connor was a threat from the start or the supernatural hell dimension was always just a bridge. Like my memory is not the best but the Abyss just came out of nowhere and just contradicts the feel of every existing monster.
  3. JD Vance is a sniveling pig man who doesn't even have the spine to defend his wife and children.

  5. Another Oreshnik* strike on something in Lviv. At least 6 submunitions, and a fairly impressive fire started by the looks of things. Timing is probably as interesting as the target (best guess so far is natural gas storage). *basically an Intermediate Range Ballistic Missile without the nuclear payload. The submunitions are solely kinetic as at the speed they travel- ~6km/s- an explosive payload is essentially redundant. Pretty well known that it was coming, though not where exactly, as such launches are Notified so avoid people thinking it's a first strike and the US embassy issued a warning about a major incoming strike like last time.
  6. Unavowed. Becuz (pixel) size matters! Big props to Dave Gilbert for making a living by telling the stories he wants to tell for twenty years now? This one is also the game where he got a little inspired by Bioware-style companions. Gilbert's never been much of a puzzle guy, but this gives him something toy with. You even get to name your character and can chose an "origin", with the game starting out a little different depending on your choice.

  9. Not even JD Vance is stupid enough to actually mean 'absolute immunity'; since that means they couldn't be prosecuted for shooting, well, JD Vance. It's what happens whenever something goes wrong for the Trump admin: projectile vomiting of semi digested word soup in the hope (eh, knowledge) that some people will accept whatever they say; and those that don't will likely get distracted by arguing over qualified vs absolute immunity, or the definition of domestic terrorist, or imminent threat.
  10. Interesting how qualified immunity has been upgraded to absolute immunity.
  11. Why was she dressed as an NCR ranger though.
  12. Here are 6 insect ideas I had, all of them are found in parts of north america so they wouldn't feel out of place. I also have reference pictures below for convenience Red Velvet Ant: The Red Velvet Ant, otherwise known as the cow killer ant, is found primarily in the Eastern and Centreal USA, but can be found as far north as Ontario, Canada. It is known for having an extremely painful sting, ranking a 3 out of 4 on the Shcmidt Pain index, and despite being called an ant, is actually a species of parasotoid wasp. This would be a cool tier 4 or tier 5 ant type that is more intresting then just a recolor of the basic ants. Brown Recluse Spider: Kind of a no brainer, the Brown Recluse is pretty infamous for being one of the most vemonous spiders in North America. Would work well as the next tier up of spider after the Black Widow. Aisan Giant Hornet: an abolute unit of a bug, this invasive species is a current issue in the USA. this thing can grow up to 5cm (2 inches) in body length, and would pose as a significant endgame threat for players. Blackflies: otherwise known as the terror of Canadian Wilderness, these guys can grow up to 1/4 of an inch, and have very painful bites that literally take chunks of flesh. I've heard horror stories from tree planters up north who don't wear the proper protection. Centipedes: probably already been recommended, but this could be a very fun and unique boss fight where you have to target certain parts on its body as it burrows around the arena. Wheel Bug: A large subspecies of the Assasin Beetle. this North American insect would be a fun engame tier of beetle. while not venomous, their bite is known to be extremely painful. Hope I gave you guys some fun ideas for future updates (I'm especially a fan of the Red Velvet Ant, they are very cool looking bugs)
  13. "JD Vance says ICE agent who killed US citizen is protected by ‘absolute immunity’." What could possibly go wrong.
  14. eu are still tinkering trade deal with mercosur one of the most important trade deal in history held hostage by a few delusional privileged farmland owner more ridiculous than uk political comedy tv show
  15. I started a new PoE Run a few days ago, and what can I say, the game seems to become buggier with every bugfix. The newest thing seems to be that party members simply ignore their AI settings and act when they feel like it, and the problem with secret switches and containers being not revealed has also become worse. As it is right now, Ninagauths teachings a not attainable for me, and I kind of becoming sick of this and want to revert the game to an earlier version. So I need to ask: Which version was, in your opinion, the most stable of the game? Where stuff, aside from the game being unpolished here and there, just worked.
