Also it is still possible, that the player just doesn't know that the dudes name is Benny. So one can say, he doesn't know him. He knows how he looks like, but he doesn't know more about him. It was also said, that the player has *not* amnesia after he got hit in the head, so I really don't know why so many people go yadda-yadda on knowing what the package was. I'm pretty sure that there isn't a similar hair style in game and that Obsidian hasn't added any. Plus, the long hair styles I've seen in mods had some pretty huge clipping problems. A pity though.
