If one spent $50 to $70 on a game, or more to upgrade the computer for it, then just to install it to find it doesn't work or there is some sort of wait then anger would definitely be the result. There are plenty of low population server to join without waiting. The trouble is the initial servers are all overcrowded and not enough people want to change servers.
