I try my best to keep him a tech specialist as there is way too many jedi's in a game featuring the last jedi...:shifty:

I liked his character well enough, although I didn't use him much.

But I'm one of the few who doesn't like his voice. It's too...soft and placating.

(Sigh) Bao-Dur...

He's an awesome Jedi .. I just sit back and watch him and Atton mow them down. He can repair just about everything. But what I love most about him is his soft-spoken loyalty, the fact that I know he would willingly go to the end of the galaxy for Exile, or die if need be. This is a guy who can do great things on his own, like building something to save a planet or destroy one ... and I can't imagine him anywhere else but standing by Exile's side saying, 'Yes, General?' And no way can I see him dead or left behind, sorry.

His last speech to remote almost made me cry, because you could tell he felt so bad for codemning the little computer to death.

Bao Dur: Whoa. Claws out today, aren't they?

Mrrr....

More dialogue options with him would have been great and a romance option would have killed me!

He's really handy when dealing with computers and repairing stuff and makes a great jedi too.

I just love the scene between him and Mandalore when they bitch about the mandalorian wars. I mean, can Bao-Dur ever lose his temper?? I suspect there's a lot of surpressed anger in this one ;)

I was bery dissapointed.

After training him for a very long time I finally made him a Jedi, and it turned out he couldn't wear Jedi Robes, wich was what I was looking forward to the most.

When I got over THAT, he was actually quite good.

P.S, anyone else think he sounds like Christopher Walken?

Wait - people want to make babies with this Iridonian?

I just couldn't really stand him to be honest. Atton was at least funny annoying, whereas Bao-Dur just didn't really want to talk about anything.

Give me Mira baby! She's hot (and failing that, Handmaiden - might as well sow my Exile's oats in the legacy of Kreia :D)

Sadly, Mira isn't a possible romance option >_<. She'd kill me, even though I have really intense eyes, a really nice body and that I'm good in a fight :(

Darth Maul has a soft voice too... and he's not necessarily the poster child of his species.

Well. I don't remember. I was distracted by Jar Jar. :p Meesa do lika Bao Dur. Really. His redrets for almost extincting the Mandalorians, earns him a some pity from me. Pity is good. Except for when Jar Jar dies in Episode 3.

Sounds like he's on drugs or something.

Hahaha!! Yeah...that's it...he sounds spaced out all the time. Like his lines should've been liberally laced with 'cool' and 'far out's'.

I agree. The soft voice should send up warning flags. Ever meet a martial arts Sensei? The real ones don't threaten in a loud voice; their discipline has taken them way beyond that. They can still mop the floor with you. I think Bao-Dur has suppressed and controlled every bit of emotion, because he's ashamed of his feelings on Malachor. In a way, he's a mirror of Exile, a wounded survivor. That binds him to Exile, as does the fact that these two alone were responsible for completely destroying a planet and all the souls on it. IMO, too good a character to leave out of K3.

Totally my favorite jedi companion when I'm playing a consular/jedi master. I keep him in the best armor he can wear and let him fight unarmed because it looks so awesome. (Okay, sometimes he gets a lightsaber so he can force jump, too.)

And I really wanted him to be able to lead the away-team on Dxun, but that wasn't an option!

And his voice...love his voice...
