re: tactics, movement is important, you get Evasion blips which make you harder to hit. Get those, and/or cover, and you'll be harder to hit.

So I just started reading about the game, and apparently they put some Unseen Mechs in. Why did they do that? Seems like asking for a lawsuit.
-
Is this the age old licensing issue about some of the mechs? That never goes away. They've fought about it since the 80s.

The padlock means your character can't use that item. Maybe they're level 70. If the game UI shows that number of people playing, then you should be able to join them. It should only show players at approx the same level as you. But I doubt there are 357 people playing <70 lvl games. If you start a game and make it public, it always takes a few minutes before the game lets people join.
-
Most people play public, but generally only specific difficulty levels. But only at max level really.
-
If you've been playing the seasons for the past year or two, the pack doesn't really add much new. There's a new class, but there's no interesting additions to general gameplay.
-
Weeelll, there's the anniversary stuff going on, which is basically a Diablo1 like dungeon in D3. It's probably not worth it, if you're not much into D3, though. I played it, but I never played D1 back in the day, so I can't say how cool the nostalgia might be for those that did.

You should play Legacy of the Void epilogue. The plot goes a bit overboard, but at least it gives a conclusion to it all. And the missions are nice enough.
-
It has to do with lag and crappy ping.
-
At least in Diablo 3, you don't have to connect to a central area with lots of other players every time you start the game, like in Path of Exile...

Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear RELEASED
MrBrown replied to Infinitron's topic in Computer and Console
Ive heard there's a bug where it wont stay in legacy of bhaal mode for some reason... Could be that Yes, legacy of bhaal mode basically doesn't work, even if it seems to be on it the monsters the game loads can still be loaded as if on a lower difficulty. There's a workaround (https://forums.beamdog.com/discussion/49808/legacy-of-bhaal-mode-workaround), but it's really bothersome. -
Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear RELEASED

There seems to be some serious bugs related to the new difficulty settings at the moment. Too bad, I kinda wanted to try them. :/ -
I'm not super-sold on SoD, but I'm probably going to try a bit of v2.0.
-
Don't bother with the items too much, you don't need money that much either. Grenades and drugs have the best weight/value -ratio, naturally.
-
I play like that. Um, you want points in Perception and Agility. Then just look at the Perk Chart to see what fits your bill. You'll want Rifleman, Gun modding, Stealth at least. Just a word of warning, it's much more difficult than in FONV, where you could kill 90% of stuff with sniping.

Do you have enough settlers working the food? After so many planted foods, you'll need another person to work the food. Well that's another issue. I have this one settlement with 20 people walking around. I lose track of who is actually working on which vegetable because it doesn't say (that I can see) who is. So maybe I'm allocating two workers to one plant, or maybe I'm missing a plant entirely. In any case, how stupid are these settlers? You shouldn't have to hand-hold them to even think maybe instead of sitting on a broken chair all day, they could harvest some corn without me commanding them to? They seem to start working crops eventually by themselves. In any case, when you look at a plant in workshop-mode, it shows the pipboy-icon in red if no one is assigned to it. Also, looking at settlers will also highlight the stuff they're assigned to (which isn't very useful unless they're standing close to them). One settler can work 6 plants.

I've seen Carla's brahmin spawn on top of houses in Sanctuary.

Fallout 4 is coming soon.. is there a new OB Fallout Scheduled?
MrBrown replied to dava4444's topic in Computer and Console
But it gives you that feeling of power... And jumping around and making a lot of noise is so satisfying... or Maybe I'd rather just be playing a new Mechwarrior game... -

Is there any reason to run anything but Power Armor? Fusion Cores are so abundant, I just run with it on all day long. -

My Sanctuary is basically an adhesive farm. -
Finished. Now grinding for achievements. A couple of nitpics: protoss aren't easy to relate to, makes the human drama kinda stale. Opponents were always the amorphous mass of Amon's underlings, so it seemed like there was very little variance.

Civ:BE Rising Tide. Has lots of neat little new things. Nothing super-gamechanging. Plays a lot smoother, as in, lots of things that felt like a chore before now feel enjoyable. AI is as stupid as ever. Aliens are more annoying than before. Not sure if some changes are intended or bugs. They finally made trade routes bearable in this game.

The last story DLC, "Trespasser", for Dragon Age Inquisition came out a few days ago. Haven't played any of the DLC yet, so no idea of quality. Starcraft 2: Legacy of the Void comes out Nov 10th, 2015.
-
DA:I on sale on Origin. Not the DLCs though, booo.

The Black Emporium does stock fade-touched etc materials. It's dependent on your level. IIRC, at level 18 there were fade-touched stuff. Not sure if it restocks, but most crafting materials turn into unlimited supply at high levels.
