  2. But basically, NWN2 EE has mixed reviews on steam. Two reasons: - it adds very little to the non-EE - it has problems with the fan made content, so anyone with their Ozymandian constructions of mods and persistant worlds and stuff will leave a thumbs down.
  3. In the character creator, if you clicked next or previous, it would play the voice file you were moving away from instead of to. I had no problem with that fight. I didn't find a quick save button in the key mapping, I'll take another look when I have time.
  4. Played the prologue of NWN2 EE. Seems the same as the original, maybe they changed the menus a bit? Didn't find a quicksave function, what year is this.

  6. You could always go the subtitle route. Instead of "BG4", do "BG: Lower your expectations".
  7. Played some indie stuff lately. The Roottrees are Dead. Good, but gets a bit too convoluted by the end. Needs American knowledge to figure out without googling. No Sase Should Remain Unsolved. Great. Had to google what type of day inputs it accepts, but otherwise managed it by myself. Sea of Stars. Gave up after I realized I'd have to dodge enemy attacks. Just make a real turn-based game.
  8. Playing the Obliviion remake. Not having played the original, I can now see why Skyrim is so highly regarded, because it's miles better than this.
  9. I don't think you're supposed to be able to have more than 6 people in your party, but you can have stuff like animal companions.

  11. Started playing Old Skies. Seems good, liked other stuff by this developer, this seems good too. A bit more scifi than supernatural/mystery/horror this time. Classical point-and-click, so there'll be moments where you'll click at everything to try to figure out the solution. Or you can just google, if you don't want to roleplay living in the 90s.

  13. Tried this Clair Obscur thingy, since it's getting so much hype. Don't like it that much. Too much dodging and parrying and QTE. I'd prefer if it was just pure turn-based. Story seems okay. Would refund if the prologue wasn't so overlong I had to play over 2 hours to get somewhere.
  14. In Korea, Starcraft2 wasn't super popular but the Starcraft brand is very well known. So, time for a quick cash grab game!

  16. WotR is linear longer, so it's harder to completely miss stuff. But you'll miss some things, like Mythic Paths. So if you want to be a Lich, yeah, use a guide. I have this problem with every RPG.
  17. Finally managed to complete a playthrough of Avowed. Got quite bored of the repetitiveness in the 4th area. Weell, it was ok. Plot was good enough, but didn't like the characters that much in the end, Lödwyn especially was just confusing. Ending didn't show the results too much, for the Dreamscourge they just said "ok, it's fixed now, everyone go home". Kinda think the whole thing would have worked better as a DLC side-story to a PoE game.
  18. Played a bit of Blue Prince, which is receiving a lot of indie-hype. Didn't feel it was worth the hype. Not a bad game of sure. Feels too random.
  19. They switched most of the stats fiddling to items in it, compared to DA:O or DA2
  20. I have 650 hours in the first game, and I only used auto-resolve. So if it'll be like that, I'm fine with it.
  21. It's classic D&D, there's tons of debuffs, and you have to have the specific spells to counter each one with you. Kingmaker is overall a good game, but there's a bunch of different design decisions I didn't really like. Like all crisis are basically loads of **** thrown at your kingdom until you solve the main quest. Meaning it's not really a "build your kingdom" -game, more of a try to not make everything fall apart. Speaking of which, I'm trying Wrath of the Righteous again. Played it through once already, now trying to actually get somewhere on Core difficulty, with a different Mythic path.
  22. That's why you announce everything on April 1st. You just get news coverage from speculation if stuff is real.
  23. Tried Gothic 1 remake demo. A couple of things in the UI are really annoying: - No pause in menus, so have to save far away from monsters. - Subtitles appear at the same speed as spoken dialogue, so you actually have to listen to the bloody thing to know what's being said. Can't see myself playing the full game if they at least don't fix the latter one. The first one I could maybe deal with, if the rest of the game is really good.
