Yay! The PC snobs won't like it, but I've been looking forward to this game for awhile. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Heard some wacky rumor that this game won't have any equipable weapons or armor. Is it true or have I've been too deep in the absinth bottles again? Not that I'll ever get since the publishers decided to give E.U the finger again and not releasing the first one here to begin with...

I used to like them but I guess I got tired of the character designs and the "japanese" way of implementing problemsolving/weapon upgrades and so on.. I mean how many times can you play some androgynous bishounen prettyboy and solving riddles/sidequests that requires the official hintbook to even make some kind of sense.. I agree that the games usually have pretty good stories although the implementation is somewhat lacking sometimes..

Smells too much of Van Helsing to make me reconsider my stance, I mean they even equipped Constantine with some kind of cross/gun hybride worthy of Van Helsing. Constantine isn't even supposed to get into fights since he's embarissingly bad at them, I mean he's ex-girlfriend was a better bruiser than he ever was :D . What made me love the Constantine character was that he was a conman, liar, backstabber and magician all rolled into one package. This movie seeems to make him into some kind of man of faith/demonhunter which is not what Hellblazer is about. Oh well, better luck next time I guess....

Yeah.... but it's Keanu Reeves as John Constantine, and, as you might surmise from that, the film looks nothing like the Hellblazer comicbooks. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Gee guys, thanks for raping one of my favourite comics. I bet that Constantine isn't even british in this one and I doubt that prettyboy Reeves can adequately portray the seediness and moral decay that composes large parts of Constantines personality..

I find it entirely unlikely she'll ever turn back. That's what made both Kerrigan and Arthas interesting villains; there was no Darth Vader-style redemption. They seem to actively enjoy what they've become. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I agree, no halfassed "redemptions" but a full on embrace of what you have become. It sure made SC:s "heroes" far more interesting than the average "run-of-the-mill" protagonists of other games.

Funny thing is that GTA:SA did those things better than most games just dedicated to one of those things you mentioned....

Kaftan, if you are looking for a good (if not even great) story, then you are in for a treat. If you on the other hand expects good tactical combat look elswhere cause you won't find it in this game. What you will get is a cult classic IMHO that will have you glued to the screen until you've seen everything from the beginning to the ending credits (and that's not counting the possible replays..).

They were more than happy to discuss what kind of direction they wanted to take with Fallout, until they discovered the loudest fanbase that a franchise can be "graced" with. Meh, I guess that it is like Phosphor says: FO3 stays on the backburner until Oblivion is almost finished..

Strange that Bethsoft doesn't seem to be doing anything with the Fallout license, one would think that they would be giving it more attention than they currently have. I guess that the temper tantrum that the rabid fanboys threw last time made them think twice about the wisdom of getting the license.

Why did you pay 90$ for NWN?? Are games that expensive in your area because I bought it the day it was released and i payed around 40$ for it, either you are one big sucker or your game stores are some of the biggest rip offs I've ever heard of
