The Battlestar Galactica Thread
and Batlhar.. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> No, Baltar is not a Cylon. The point of the character is that he is so unbelievably human. Some evidence seem to suggest this though. Like Six having visions of him or how he survived his home razed by a nuclear blast. I think it's all smoke screens to keep us speculating and watching the show. Nothing more. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Never said he was a Cylon.. just said that - And I don't think he is either.. much like you point out I believe he's too important as a human character - besides it would be a too obvious plot twist if he was.. ^_^

The Battlestar Galactica Thread
Wow that was a really good episode... Dialouge was great - a real epic feel to it! seemed like the beginning of whole new story arc/branch in BSG..

Clich
The friend/lover (or someone close to the protagonist) turns out to be the actual bad guy ... and everyone is suprised!! and I'm generally tired of the whole Good vs Evil.. but I guess it's really hard to write a story without somewhat making it a battle of morals (term used loosely) as well..

Sports you do
I really dislike sports in all their forms .. watching it/doing it/hearing about it.. but alas I must confess I'm quite into martial arts.. I started when I was twelse and I now have a black belt in Taek Won Do and a brown belt in Karate.. nothing like beating the crap out of a sparring partner (all in good fun) and throwing people around! And I've taken on 14 pounds since I moved to Copenhagen (and stopped all my work out) .. maybe I should start again..

Joystick
hey Walsh have you tried X3? I borrowed it from a friend to see if my computer could run it, but alas it could not.. and I'm really interested in the whole trade/build galactic trade empire thing.. is X2 as good as the sequel (minus the graphics) ?

I love shooting
ahh the decadence.. sweet den of corruption I salute you.. I'm just happy to live in a country that hates firearms..

What do you people think about this?
I completly agree.. -- I would rather look at what's best for the girl.. Imo this is the best thing - and if it's also good for the parents - well even better! but the child's needs come first and I believe they are being served to the best of both medical sience and the parents abilities..

The Star Forge vs Malachor V
well this wasn't a question of potential, but outcome.. I would probably have prefered Malachor if the content wasn't cut.. but alas it was - and as so - Star Forge wins.. sad really..

Just beat the game, what was your level...
heh.. guess that shows how innocent and unspoiled I am in terms of powerplaying..

- What do you people think about this?
I completly agree..- MP3 Collection
I have 19 gb worth of music (ca 5100 songs) .. some of the cds are no longer useable so I'm pretty happy about the fact that the first thing I do is put 'em on the computer.. I still keep them around for legal reason though.. my mp3 player is only 512 mb though - but that's because I'm a cheap bastard who won't cough up the 200$ for a better model.. (why fix something when it's not broken I say) ^_^- Just beat the game, what was your level...
it's when you keep disturbing the corpses on the surface of Korriban (those outside the ship that Kreia warns you against).. every time you touch them a Hsiss Dragon is spawned.. so the glitch is pretty much about doing that over and over until you reach your desired level.. boring - but allows you to reach lvl 50..- Alternative life
We travel more than any other country on Earth (compared to size).. Which is a bit sad, but cool at the same time, since you'll always meet a fellow Dane when traveling.. this in turn tend to make us seek out each other when abroad, so in effect we just take Danish culture with us to another country (this of course doesn't apply to every single Dane)- question!
[1] Well you did defeat somewhat of an army of Sith, all carrying Lightsabers, which for obvious reasons made them quite accessable! [2] Kreia needed to focus the crystal on your allignment, something you weren't able to do.. And while it seemed pretty easy - I'm guessing it wasn't! [3] This is actually a good idea.. as it could work like creating items in Kotor2 did - but with the difference that you require the feat before your current skills allows you to create different synthetical crystals..- Alternative life
I was never one for luxuries either.. I just hated sleeping in a tent.. most people (my age) I know hated camping as well - but we were one of the first computer generations so I think that has alot to do with it.. I remember writing a protest song to my parents, at about age 8, proclaiming the futility of going camping compared to traveling to a different country.. Maybe I was just bored with Danish nature, since we don't have any mountains or true unspoiled land. ^_^- Luke's Hair
so what does that make his sister?- question!
what? only a thousand years!? that's not patient at all!! damned hotheaded Sith and their inability to wait for more than a millenia..- The funny videos thread
I'd heard how bad it was - but I never got to see it.. but in all fairness - it's more cheesy than bad.. okay.. after seeing some more I have to take that statement back.. it is bad!- Movies You Have Seen Lately
I had actually forgot when I wrote that last post.. but I know. Richard Linklater is a big fan of Phillip K.D, which shows in all his films .. following your post I went online to do a little research as to why PKD choose the title of the book - and after reading it I understood more clearly.. - minor spoiler warning for those who haven't seen the film - The title is a reference to a passage in the Bible in 1 Corinthians 13, which states: For we know in part, and we prophesy in part. But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away. When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things. For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known. Just like Archer looks at his life through scanners to better understand.. - minor spoiler warning for those who haven't seen the film -- The funny videos thread
it's doing the Kansas City Shuffle!! quick look in the opposite direction of what you think it's going to think that you are going to do.. or?.. damn! *snap*- What a stud!
