I wear a cap and long sleeved shirt up until about 16 o clock during the hot months. Sometimes just every other day to avoid overexposure. I can't be bothered to lather myself up in sunscreen, it's too much work. It comes down to the UV index for the day. Usually 12-15 is when you want to cover up, if you do that, you wont get sunburn.
