"How can you have an "illegal war"?" The US and UK both are signitaries to the UN treaty, they weren't strictly allowed to invade other countries without the sayso of the security council. That makes it an 'illegal war', which Khoffi Anan agreed it was. Now of course the adherence to the UN treaty falls to the individual countries, and there aren't any means to make them comply.

You can't really win against an enemy who's only prerequisite for continuing the effort is the will to do so, while your efforts are being undermined on the home front. Bush and Blair both made a point to state from the beginning that they were in it for the long run, whether it was popular or not, but the circumstances are changing; the rising resistance to the deployment can't be ignored forever,even evoking the war on terror is failing to produce the desired results. Bush may or may not be correct in assuming he can produce'victory',whatever that is, but history tells us that the pressures on and the sacrifices of the American population are likely to be a greater deciding factor than overwhelming military superiority. As much as the right wing initially hated the Vietnam analogies, they just wouldn't go away, and how could they, being so deeply ingrained in the American psyche. You never read more than half of the dialouge boxes for quests because they are all so mind numbing. I don't think the engine can really handle an involved story unless they started doing cinematics instead.

I have 15 turns left and control 38 regions as the English, unfortunately I will not be beating the game because I need Jerusalem which is being held by the Timurids, and whenever I fight them on the battlemap an unspecified crash error occurs, and my armies aren't strong enough to auto battle them. Probably my aging card which hasen't had a driver update in a year and on the verge of being discontinued.

Cricket and Baseball remind me too much of roundball, which is a kid's game where I come from, it's just barely a sport, like golf.

Bloodlines was an awesome game, unfortunately it got worse as you hit the last parts of the game, a testament to running out of time and funds more than anything else, I mean they released it with a fatal bug at the conclusion of one of the missions for heaven's sake. On the other hand the Quai jin conlusion was excellent. I don't think there was anything wrong with the ending(s) they just weren't spectacular, like many segment of the game were. Unreal 2 was never supposed to be a single player game, they just slapped together something willy nilly and didn't even include multiplayer functionality, a complete waste of money.

I have a question, how do you explore the new world and fight the incas ? I have almost run out of turns and I never got the option.

The army is the wrong place for political conviction. Yes, the war in Iraq was illegal in the sense that it was a breach of the UN charter which the US is a signitary to, but the big boys break the UN charter all the time, nothing ever comes of it. In any case national law trumphs international law.
