Experience point system in the beta and onwards
Thinking ahead, since we will have to return to the quest hub over and over to collect our quest XP, maybe they can add some kind of fast travel that automatically brings you back to the hub when it comes time to turn in. Another thing Im wondering, we know the game is balanced for the crit path, right? We also know we can only level up by turning in quests back at the quest hubs. So what happens if you've done the crit path stuff and now you head out into the wilderness? Since some non crit path encounters will be well over your current level, how do you ever level up enough to tackle the higher level non crit path quests? Furthermore, how do I level up to tackle the Endless Paths which are specifically designed to out level the party? Am I only going to be able to handle the 15th level at the end of the game when Ive finally turned in that last quest and leveled up?

Do Godlike special abilities scale?
Spells don't scale so I would be surprised if anything does. Maybe you get an improvement every few levels but they make up a new name for it? Like the three different versions of the Mirror Image mage spell?

"No Bad Builds" a failure in practice?
HOLY **** guys is it just me or is Josh Sawyer practically echoing me from when I tried explaining things to Helm? Be right back, my ego needs congratulating on leveling up. My analytical thinking skills = pro. Unfortunately, you wont receive any XP until you return to the farmer.

Does having more characters in your party reduce XP gained?
You cant really "grind" for money either as all merchants have a fixed amount of gold. After that is exhausted you will have to wait for them to replenish or find another merchant.

Grimoire - how to add spells?
As an additional question, what about grimoires you pick up from fallen mages? Can I copy those spells to my grimoire or Im expected to switch the entire grimoire just to use whatever spell it has that I want and then switch back to my "main" grimoire?

Experience point system in the beta and onwards
Since my beta is bugged to hell I cant even figure out what Im supposed to be seeing wrt XP rewards. I have yet to be able to turn in a single quests (even when Im staring at the Ogre Head and Ogre Blood in my inventory!) so how does it work for those of you that have seen it work? Is it a single XP dump only when you turn in the quest? For example, in the Ogre quest do you only receive XP when youre done and go back to see the farmer or do you get increments during the process of clearing the cave, killing the ogre, killing the spider queen, etc...?

Monsters; are there a huge variety?
I gave my BB Wizard a rifle too and hes a wrecking machine. I use him to pull mobs to the Paladin and BB Fighter.

An easy way to encourage people to try out more attribute builds in character creation
I don't feel that my non maxed Might characters are gimped at all. Sure, except for your Damage, Healing and Fortitude being lower.

An easy way to encourage people to try out more attribute builds in character creation
With my human Mage I started everything at 10 then maxed out Might (19), Intelligence (18) and dumped the last point into Con. I cant see any reason to not max out Might (unless you are doing that self gimp thing).

Change inventory system from "PoE stash" to "IE encumbrance"
Its interesting to me how vastly different people played the IE series. The thought of walking back and forth to carry every possible loot never entered my brain, when I got full I would just discard whatever was the lowest value item in my inventory for whatever better thing I just picked up. But I see several other posters say they DO go back and forth for everything. No way is better than the other but I feel if Im going to have unlimited inventory then I shouldn't be restricted from being able to offload it. Imo. I think I remember something about the stronghold being a pretty big gold sink. Hopefully there's enough merchants around to sell everything.

What happens when they are squatting at the location they don't want to work at and are preventing anyone else from working there?

Individual stealth?
To be fair, you could also be a bush or barrel.

Can't use any wizard spells
I had the opposite situation. BB Wizard had all his spells but the Wizard I rolled wouldn't display level 2 or 3 spells. So there is some other grimoire in my inventory? That would have never dawned on me. Ill look for it but does that mean equipping it will disable my level 1 spells?

Individual stealth?
I haven't played around with Stealth yet so this is news to me. How does it work? Each character has an individual Stealth skill to add point to so what determines success or failure in a party wide Stealth? Lets say five of your party have a Stealth score of 7 but the sixth guy has a score of 5. What happens here?

No experience from combat
That's not true afaik. Staying on the critical path only will still provide you the XP needed to complete the game. XP gained on exploration / non crit path is just extra. You should hit the level cap either way but the latter method may get you there faster. Are you talking about the old IE games? Because I was. No sorry, I thought you ware talking about PoE.

Change inventory system from "PoE stash" to "IE encumbrance"
Yep, the vendors have a limited amount of gold. I hit a game stopping bug before a 24-hour cycle happened in game so I don't know if merchants replenish their gold.

Change inventory system from "PoE stash" to "IE encumbrance"
The stated goal of the unlimited stash was to remove the "degenerative gameplay" of walking back and forth to collect all the loot, so I don't see them changing it. What they should do is remove the merchant cash limit. Whats the point of gathering loot if you cant sell it?

I thought for sure that you would get the reference.

Change Display Name
Absolutely, but this doesn't mean we're gonna be swapping spit in the shower.
