Singular verb used twice for plural subject: "depth and width" / "tufts" are the plural subjects, so both verbs should drop the "s" -
So I've been trying to make Rooting Pain proc 100% of the times like it used to do in the past, but I failed. I modified the entry in statuseffects.gamedatabundle as follows: { "$type": "Game.GameData.StatusEffectGameData, Assembly-CSharp", "DebugName": "Rooting_Pain_SE_EventOnWound", "ID": "b467966d-0ad5-424e-aa0a-b2d9d0ecf327", "Components": [ { "$type": "Game.GameData.StatusEffectComponent, Assembly-CSharp", "StatusEffectType": "AttackTargetOnEvent", "BaseValue": 1 } ] } So basically I changed "AttackTargetOnEventWithChance" to "AttackTargetOnEvent" as it was in 1.02. I also changed the BaseValue to 1 (for 100%) from 0.33 for good measure, even though it should no longer count after the previous change (but I suspect the ability's description reads into BaseValue and I wanted it to read 100%.) Doesn't seem to do anything. What am I missing?

I've just noticed this issue now and I'm on beta patch 4.0, but it might as well be an issue with previous versions too. Wall of Frost has 0 base Penetration, which I doubt is intended: Additionally, "Duration" is listed twice in its stat block (I believe this is not the only spell with this particular issue) and Range doesn't seem to benefit from Far Casting (I cannot hover my mouse over it to see its base value and the Far Casting bonus.)

Saved Game: LINK Repro steps: 1. Load the attached saved game. 2. Select Xoti and go to her Character Record. 3. Observe Xoti has 23 ranks in Religion. 4. Go to Xoti's inventory and right-click her Lantern. 5. Click on Threshing Aura to see the details for the ability. 6. Observe that even though the ability's description clearly states its damage bonus scales with Religion, it currently only provides +1%. Hovering your cursor over the 1% yields no pop-up with scaling details, as the ability isn't scaling at all. The ability was working fine in this save until I installed the beta patch.

I believe he's speaking more in terms of general design goal than actual implementation. A subclass is supposed to be a different flavor of the main class, not a straight-up better choice that makes the main class obsolete (neither a worse choice that nobody would ever dream of picking, for that matter.) Whether or not this true depends on how well subclasses are designed and implemented. With that said, Arcane Archer is weaker than standard Ranger at ranged DPS, and weaker than standard Wizard at nuking. Add in the Sharpshooter and Evoker subclasses, and Arcane Archer is shred to pieces, especially by a multiclass that combines the two (but even if you kept a single-class Sharpshooter you could invest in Arcana and nuke like an Arcane Archer; imbue are nice but hardly a game changer.)

Sweet how the word panoply suggests both that it is a suit of armor and the fact that it’s flashy—basically a pun in itself. Well done, and my boundless gratitude to Obsidian for listening to player feedback and making my fashion dream come true Bonus points to Andy for using the Sanguine sword with it in the stream. Classy

I thought their Accuracy bonus would be smaller. +16 indeed ends up being pretty high. I still wouldn’t choose Arcane Archer over Sharpshooter, a Wizard, or a Sharpshooter/Wizard. Being pigeonholed into a very few weapons or specific multiclass combinations to avoid a penalty doesn’t sit right with me. Appreciate that YMMV.

I would rather extend the Accuracy bonus to all attacks made with weapons that are exempt from the penalty. You still pay the opportunity cost to invest in Arcana instead of other active skills and the bonus is what, +6/+7 if you really max out on it? Not exactly broken, considering how far out of your way you need to go to get it. I like the idea of making the elemental talents available to it as well. Would be neat in addition to extending the Acuracy bonus.
