Frankly, sports games already have all the elements needed for an RPG, but sports fans don't have the patence for it, and RPG players would plain advoid it on principle.

The issue isn't of 'making a console port' (which for NWN2 is just a silly idea really, even with this 'next gen' stuff) but for PC games being 'dumbed down' BECAUSE of their console versions.

Heart of Winter gives 'high resolution' mode, but I can't remember if that's 1072x786 or 800x600. If you get it, make sure you download the Trials of the Luremaster addon, obviously.

Yeah, that could have been actual motivation for 'evil' aligned characters who could have then just kept the cure to themselves or somesuch. A break from the typical 'evil is just good for hire' that becomes a feature of so many other CRPGs.
