    1) Crowdfunding is a publisher. 2) So by that logic, they should never have enough money to publish anything on their own? That's a completely stable business model.

    Basically. I'm interested, but I need to see more, and everything just sounds like a rehash of Planescape. I own Planescape. Why do I need to own it again? Also, I don't want InExile to become a company dependent on Kickstarter to survive.

    Yeah, there's a reason why, when people talk about the BG series, they instantly mention BG2 and very rarely talk about BG1. It's like some people consider it a sin to talk bad about the series even in parts. It ruins their "cred".

    Backed. The proof of concept trailer from a while back was awesome. Yeah, it was ridiculously polished.

    Same. I don't understand the "if you don't let us be the bad guy, you are forcing us to be good" argument about RPGs. Playing a homicidal maniac to me just means that you are trying to find cracks in the game that you can complain about.

    It really doesn't matter to me, since I trust them as game designers.

    ^ Edit: Even though its for after the game is released, i rather have all the excess funds/resource goes into making the Expansion(s). If they can make money, they'll do it. If they can please fans, they'll do it. I see them making a console version in 2015.
