  1. Just smash and move on. No need for messy commitments or entanglements.
  2. Did you check your junk folder? It came addressed from Obsidian Entertainment. Got mine Friday. got nothing. guess we need ask 'bout the oversight. you say the email came from obsidian, yes? then we will need to start with obsidian. HA! Good Fun! Actually, I was wrong. I got mine Thursday. If not all the previous backers got the email, then this may be a marketing problem for Obsidian. They need to look into it. Or ethical issues aside, maybe send an email out using the Kickstarter platform.

  4. Yes. Or fast forwarded to 3:22. https://youtu.be/ln_plWALAoI?t=202
  5. I went to the Great Green Dragon and voluntarily requested the recision of my title.
  6. At one point I could have said that I do, but I've been on Deadfire exclusively for a good while :D Thank you! So besides concept art, can you reveal what else you're working on? I'm assuming atleast more portraits?
  7. The sixth companion is actually the Grieving Mother and is hardcoded as permanent. She's taking up the 6th active companion slot except that nobody can sense her. Not the player character, not the other companions, not the enemies, and not you.
  8. Josh and some of the others read through the forums anonymously but will only pop in to post to seek specific feedback or make a clarification. He used to be more prolific back in the day...
  9. So who did the companion concept art? I wouldn't mind ordering prints for these.
  10. Sawyer's preference is that after Deadfire, he wants to make a historically grounded TB game.
  11. I hope my caravel has lateen sails. Lateen sails are boss.
  12. $1.1 million stats: 23 hours into campaign 9738 backers $575K from pledges $526K from Fig Fund
  13. Just crossed the $1 million mark. $550,000 from backer pledges. $450,000 from Fig Funds. About 9,300 backers total so far.
  14. Which I suppose raises the question whether it is ethical to use the email delivery system of one platform to promote the usage and siphoning of business towards that of a direct competitor.
  15. I thought I read somewhere Kaz is still in some sort of lead art role.
  16. This was Project Eternity's backer trend. I should add that the current pace for PoE2 is considerably slower than the original campaign -both in pledged $$ and the number of backers. The current $$ raised in FIG is inflated by the nebulous "FIG FUNDS."
  17. slippery slope even the best flintlocks had rather high chance o' misfire. slight too little powder and you get breach. wet conditions, particular rain, would make for unlikely successful discharge and almost impossible reload. etc. HA! Good Fun! Certainly more discerning gentlemen ought to dual wield dueling pistols. Less susceptible to the ignominious unreliability of more mundane varieties.
  18. From a practical standpoint, it wouldn't really make sense to reload in the midst of a scrum anyway. Just fire several pre-loaded pistols.
  19. This was Project Eternity's backer trend.
  20. Now how would it be possible to show the reloading animation for two pistols simultaneously?
  21. Well, if the PC is hunting Eothas, wouldn't it make sense to have a Priest(ess) of Magran join in?
