  2. Wasn't there some video of some japanese guys a couple years ago that had some sort of optic camoflage, everything had a bit of a green tint to it but it was pretty neat. Or was that just a hoax?
  3. She didn't speak bad about the film, she went off on how proud she was to be there and how when she made the movie she never thought she'd get such a prestigious award for it and such. Pretty much the same speech as for the oscars, - crying, + sarcasm. There have been very few people to accept a razzie in person, so I respect her for doing so.
  4. If Obsidian was an established developer with enough clout to tell the publishers whats what I'd agree, but the problem is it was either do it under LA's terms, or not make a game at all, then all the nice people at Obsidian would be looking for new jobs. Personally, I think what Obsidian should do is push to get the job making KotOR3, point to all the complaints about KotOR2 so they can get a better amount of time to make it, and stick one or 2 guys on finishing up the KotOR2 ending as bonus content to be released with KotOR3. And as a response to the thread title, they did... on the Bioware boards.
  5. Probably not. Wow... took 5 posts for someone to treat the guy seriously. No wonder the bioware forum people didn't want to come here.
  6. A combination of gameplay, and story. If either of them suck, the game will suck, is one is good and the other mediocre, then you have a game that I'll like, but likely not replay, if both are good, you have a replayable RPG. Xenogears is a replayable RPG, excellent gameplay and story(The combat system is the best in any console RPG so far), while its prequel Xenosaga, has a great story, but lacks in gameplay, so while I loved going through it once, I have no desire to do so again, at least until I forget the story.
  7. The MTV Movie Awards are the only good awards show. It may not have any credibility, but at least its entertaining.
  8. Play Planescape: Torment. Its not as cinematic because its sprite based, but the story and character interaction is unmatched IMO.
  9. No, no, no, thats "So Sue Mei". Not "So Sue Me". <{POST_SNAPBACK}> We have a vietnamese one here called Pho Bich Nga. Its something of a joke.
  10. EU whore. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> So the comics are better than the movies, so sue me.
  11. *Family guy flashback* :D I don
  12. Quinlan Vos.
  13. top 10 in no real order KotOR2 (PC) KotOR (PC) Fallout (PC) Fallout 2 (PC) Planescape Torment (PC) Suikoden 2 (PSX) Civilization/2/3 (PC) Final Fantasy Tactics (PSX) Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (PS2) Suikoden 3 (PS2)
  14. When good teams are playing, its more exciting than any other major sport. I was shaking after the Canada/Czech game in the world cup, edge of my seat the entire game. This last year the Czechs were the only ones who were really a challenge in any of the tournaments.
  15. Sure they are <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I kept getting some sort of error saying I might be using [TAG] where I should be using [TAG=]
  16. Yes there are some things he's done that sound really different, which is why the poll says "most" instead of "all". Planet of the Apes, Good Will Hunting, etc sound very different, while Beetlejuice, Edward Scissorhands, Batman, etc. all sound the same.
  17. Personally, with the exception of stuff like Good Will Hunting and the Simpsons, all of Danny Elfman's music sounds the same to me. Just want to see other people's opinions. When someone mentions how great he is I always tend to bring up the fact that all his stuff sounds the same then everyone rips into me, so I want to see if others share my opinion.
  18. I miss Bertuzzi and Naslund's perfect plays. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> They both seemed a little off last year, don't you think. Naslund went from 20 odd pp goals to what, 5 last season. And big Bert kind of let me down in my hockey pool. I pegged Buffalo as making the playoffs before the season started, so what do I know? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The Canucks in general seemed a little off last season. They started out great with Jason King surprising everyone by being the top scorer in his rookie year, then he just fizzled out. Then like halfway through the season boom, the Canucks just started sucking. Then the fateful colorado game, didn't recover until the last 5 games of the season. With that last second goal in game 7 of the playoffs they so deserved to go to the 2nd round. The refs seemed to be against the Canucks all year. Saw a couple calls where the Canuck guy was standing there waiting for a pass and some guy comes at hime from behind and runs into his stick, then boom, hooking call on the canucks for it. That happened a lot.
  19. I used Frontpage for mine. You can do all sorts of stuff much faster than coding it, and if you find any code you want to implement manually just switch to HTML mode and it has a basic text editor. Then I realized that my website didn't have the content that justified all the work I was putting into it so I just switched over to Blogger because updating with that is real easy.
  20. Just wondering if there was a point to recruiting the Mandalorians on Dantooine and Nar Shadaa, also I was wondering if they were the only groups you can recruit.
  21. Finesse only gives you your dex bonus to hit, high strength still gives you bonuses to damage, so theres still a benefit. I agree there needs to be some balance adjusting for single vs dual weapons
  22. SPOILER(The spoiler tags aren't working)
  23. Chances are, the people who don't think its worth the money don't have it. Why would you have it if you didn't think it was worth it?
  24. I miss Bertuzzi and Naslund's perfect plays.
