I'm here for you. Paladin is the bottom tier maybe if the list would be "more fun build tier list", but Paladin is powerful. SOLO is absolute boring but you can build an almost invincible char. Ok, you need maybe some respec and some tricks for some particular encounter, but Paladin is easier than Ranger and Barbarian no-way. When I want build a OP custom party Paladin is there always: great tanker, great healer, also reviving, burn damage as there will be no tomorrow, more accuracy and/or speed to everybody almost free, FoD one of the best actives of the game and exhortations are my favourite single-buff. It has some nice combo with revive/unconsious etc also. Paladincan do support/tank/healing as second tier in all this fields, so a class that is second in 3 areas is not weak absolutely. You're right in my opinion, I think Aestus is missing somenthing

You intends cipher and not priest. Anyway you (as wiz or cipher) cheat one char at time, but ok, cipher can cheat any other party member taking turns, while wiz "can't decide". A point for you. Ok, wiz has so many self buffs you don't need nothing particular, or equip/consumables you can get easily, or other party members buffs... buff the wiz, send it with a WoD, you win. In the other case, Cipher buffs someone, but ok, this way you can buff more members. I'd say if you have a (semi)God as an immortal Wiz it could be enough and balance a Cipher, but ok, better the Cipher. That had to be there as a consumable at game release in my opinion. It replace more a brilliant from Tactician than from a Cipher but if you give Brilliant as a status, any class had to be able to achieve that. Which 3? Wiz, Cipher and Priest? Ok... I think if you have WoD and one other char you win the game as you have a Cipher and other char. Maybe is it easier with a Cipher? Ok. But Wiz is game breaking too. If you have WoD OR AM you win. But ok, you win first and easier with a Cipher. What I wanna say is: maybe Cipher is better, but Wiz win the game the same, more than a Chanter, doesn't it? And... If you whole party is dead/unconsciuos/totaly disabled a part of a Wiz with WoD or a Cipher with AM: who is better? Not to say about a Blood Mage who can beat The Ultimate...

Ok, I try to help you even if I'm not the best "builder" here Maybe we can ask help to someone other at the the end... So, single class Barb, Human, in a party, easy difficulty. In a party easy dif., you can just play any kind of Barb, but if you are a very new beginner, I'll put some consideration. About subclass, Berserker is the most powerful one, but in a party you need to pay attention to your confused status while frenzy, so perhaps you can play it when you'll be more confident with game mechanics and so on. I've just finished a run with a multiclass Corpse Eater, it is fun in some situations, but he has a big disadvantage, so I don't recommend him. Furyshaper is good and nice, but I don't like ward management so much, so I'd skip this. I'd go for a "plain" bard or a Mageslayer. Mageslayer is not good in SOLO because of limitations, but in a party he is very effective as caster disabler and one limitation (no scroll or potion) is not so serious. So if you don't argue about "friend" spell resistance, go for a Mageslayer (also a cool name and a cute RPG character ). In case of doubt --> plain Barb and you're ok. STATS I'd put most of point in PER (you need to hit enemies most of all) then INT (carnage area and effect duration) and MIG. Mid values for DEX, CON and RES. At low level you don't have the "problem" of MIN/MAX and almost any distribution can work. So basically this kind of stats: MIG: 15 CON: 10 DEX: 10 PER: 15 INT: 15 RES: 10 Weapons I like two handed Barbs, even if maybe it is not the best power player choice, it is so fun, so go for greatswords and morning stars. Keep "space" also for battle axes, you won't regret doing it From a RPG point of view, also war hammers are good. ABILITIES I list some abilities I consider good for a Barb, remember that you can respec and choose the ones you like nore Frenzy and its upgrades Barbaric Blow and its upgrades Leap Heart of Fury Dazing Shout or Driving Roar at high levels Two-Handed Style Bloodlust One Stands Alone Blood Thirst If you don't where to put your points at, let us know and we see what you can do. I hope this could be a "base" to start from. Maybe @Boeroer can point you at already made builds, or give other and more authoritative opinions... or call someone other who can help you

Ok, I see what you mean maybe: you can do a list with for an example "Wiz is high tier and as Bloodmage you can spam many high level damage spells" or "Fighter is powerful for the unbending etc. stuff, but pay attention, if you choose Devoted, you lose some proficiencies with many weapons" and so on... doesn't it?
-
With the difference that you can't "respec" the "ability" subclass. The ellipses because there could be many things to say: basically i.e. Psion is another class as compared to other Cipher subclasses, Wizards subclass are weaker than a "pure" Wizard, Bloodmage should be played different from other wizards, and you can do similar consideration for almost any other class/subclass. Ok, abilities are the same (not completely true because subclass wizard haven't some "core" spells for an example, so saying "subclass is choosing another ability" is very reductive), but two subclass of a choosen class can seem two different classes most of times.

I'd switch Cipher with Wizard, Chanter with Fighter, Rogue and Ranger with Druid, Paladin and Barbarian. I'm talking from SOLO point of view. Anyway, even just taking into question, there are top tier subclasses and low level one in the same class, and if you take in consideration subclass and/or multiclass the tier list would be a whole mess, and it would be very long. Are you considering only "plain" single classes without subclasses?
-
I also think berserker/beckoner is better than tactcian/other chanter subclass. I guess berserker can kill skellies quicker than tactcian and you can achieve confusion status more easily. As Boeroer said, grave calling can kill also your CPU, you can check this with any class in "Gul Trouble Endurance Trial" of SSS

Ok, I have retried and this time the +7 bonus has applied: But I swear I had 89 ACC latest time and no bonus at all. Maybe because this time I reach 15 arcana with Arcanist's Balm and before with items? Trying this approach and ideed the bonus still apply. Mysteries of PoE Perhaps having quit and reloaded fix some dirty data or more likely I haven't seen +7 because is it's called "Level" also... I'm sorry for the misunderstanding, if the issue raises again I'll let you kwnow. Thank you all

Patch v1.3.7.1.1411 is Live

If you check 3.07.1318 vs https://regex101.com/r/vkijKf/1/ and https://regex101.com/r/Ly7O1x/3/ (from the link https://semver.org/) you notice that 3.07.1318 it is NOT a valid semantic version, like you said, but NO version (taken from https://pillarsofeternity.fandom.com/wiki/Version) starting from 1.02.0508 (the first one) is a valid semantic version, by this rule (nr. 2, always from https://semver.org/) : But, you can refer to the "build number", the last number in the version, which is always incremental, so the build 1356 (from patch version 3.4.1356) is greater than 1318 (from version number 3.07.1318) and this can tell us that the patch is subsequent to version 3.07.1318 PoeII follows yet another versioning numeration as last number it's not the "overall" build (maybe is it build number "inside" that major/minor version? Only programmers know), but again, version 1.1.0.0035 is subsequent to version 1.01.0064. From version 1.1.0.0035 they stopped using leading zeros for major, minor and patch versions, but they still use for last number. It is to be said that semantic versioning system is not the bible, but indeed, obsidian system is a little weird and it can generate some confusion (as above). -

Maybe it is 3.07-etc., perhaps it should be 3.0.7.etc. so 3.4 > 3.0.7. Weird numeration, indeed. -
Yes, Spine of Thicket Green seems just a staff made for Druids For party composition, I didn't explain well: with Aloth and above all Tehenu the party works very good and it is strong, maybe sometimes you can switch some characters for a monk or a barbarian, I think these classes are more fun sometimes compared to casters
