You know what annoys me? NHL refereeing. Cam Janssen gets one shift in the Devils - Leafs game. He charges onto the ice, looks for someone to hurt and finds our best d-man, Tomas Kaberle. Kaberle has possession of the puck for a second, passes it away and looks up the field. Three seconds later, Cam Janssen jumps an elbow into the side of the head of Kaberle. Kaberle flies unconscious head first into the rink and has to be carried out on a stretcher. God knows when (IF!?) he will play again. Cam Janssen, a "player" who averages four minutes on the ice in the 38 games he's been allowed to dress, will be suspended from play for three games because of the incident. He will lose a little over $7000 because of it. Tomas Kaberle suffered a concussion and neck damage and it's uncertain when he will be able to return (it's been a week now). He is our best d-man. The referee didn't even call a penalty on the play. NHL referees SUCK. "Toronto has lost a league-leading 285 man games to injuries this season. The Carolina Hurricanes are next at 219, followed by the Buffalo Sabres at 193."

Can you change the main character's appearance in Mass Effect? In every shot of him I've seen he looks exactly the same. If you can't then he should have a gay ponytail like the hero in Gothic!!

Oh yeah, I also miss the "double-smiley": :)) And what was the purpose of having the first "Top 8 Smiley's" when most of the ones chosen were removed after a while anyhow?

Oh yeah, I clocked 110 hours or something on that game before I had finished it. And then it continues! You'll see. The weird thing is that I wanted it to continue..

And with the shutout win tonight against Washington we're back at a play-off spot! Not too shabby, considering how we played at the beginning of the season (seven or eight straight losses was a bit.. stressing). And they played well too! If the Leafs can continue playing like this, patient and defensively sound, we might actually make it. GO LEAFS GO!

Unified ammo (unbelievably lame name) was just one of the many bad game design decisions that were made during the making of Deux Ex: Invisible War. It wasn't gamebreaking in and of itself, but it sure as hell helped make the sequel feel dumber, simpler and aimed at the console crowd. There were lots of mistakes like that around.

Why are your pictures so unnecessarily small?

Wasteland was never a series. Fallout 3 hasn't even been released yet so you don't know if it'll be raped or not. Besides, Brian Fargo has said that InXile are going to make a game based on the Wasteland license sometime in the future. Not that I think they will, but still..

I can't read anything even remotely resembling Deus Ex without getting this gigantic urge to replay that damn game again. It's so distracting that I missed what the interview was about

Guns are made for one purpose, and one purpose only. And if guns aren't dangerous, using your logic, grenades aren't dangerous either. I mean, it takes a human to pull the safety sprint, right? Or how about a flame thrower? Should everyone be allowed to have that too? A canister of nerve gas!? They're not dangerous until someone activates it! And a bomb! I want a big bomb! A nuclear bomb! THEY'RE NOT DANGEROUS, IT'S PEOPLE WHO ARE DANGEROUS!! You have the logic capacity of a three year old.

Self defense.. Constitutional rights.. "Guns are not dangerous, they're inanimate objects".. This board is getting dumber by the minute.

I prefer Pride FC before the UFC. Crocop was ranked the second best (or third best, not sure if Nogueira might have been ranked higher) heavyweight in Pride FC before he moved to UFC. I believe Crocop will demolish every heavyweight in the UFC and grab the belt. Just too bad that we won't be seeing any more fights between Fedor Emelianenko and Mirko Crocop.. Pride FC has been a bit too much of a freakshow lately, but I still think the standard of the fighters in Pride FC are higher than that in the UFC.

After seeing a 15 minute video (in French) from this game I'm actually looking forward to it a bit. I'm not keeping my hopes up too high since it's from another German company (world's worst QA!) and it's a difficult genre to master, but it looks kind of like a Gothic with multiplayer co-op! Check it out: Two Worlds It will be released on May 9th, on both Xbox 360 and PC.

I just watched that. I don't know why, but this game just doesn't seem capable of arousing my interest. I want to like it, but I just.. don't. Maybe it's the design choices.. the plasmids.. the focus on the incredibly lame "Big Daddy" in every video I've seen.. I don't know. I'm hoping my attitude will change later on though.

Right! That's still quite early in the game Nevermind then.

Woohoo, FINALLY!! STALKER: Shadow of Chernobyl has gone gold! And they're aiming for a March 20 release date! I can barely wait. Pleasepleaseplease let this game be as good as it seems..

Because that's when my friends are having their winter break! We're getting a car and we're supposed to be driving around all of Australia in five or so weeks. Actually, for a Nordic person, Winter is a much better time to go ... high Summer would be very uncomfortable. Good luck driving around the country in five weeks. You'd have trouble driving around Queensland in five weeks. (You do realise that Australia is about the same size as the USA, right? And most of it is desert? I plan to one day drive around Highway Number One, but it will take about six months ...) I know exactly how big Australia is. The only thing I have at hand are maps! But we're supposed to land in Perth, stay a few days and then fly to either Alice Springs or Sydney. That's when we're getting a car. We're going to drive up the east coast, to the reef. Nothing is decided yet though (except the tickets to and from Australia). We're still 'negotiating'.

I can't help being impressed by Gaborik when he is healthy. The guy has to be one of the fastest skaters with the puck in the NHL. And he's quite lethal as a finisher. 22 goals in 31 games this season! I'm glad the Leafs don't have to face the Wild too many times per season
