Example... It's not that bad with my game, but still noticable and annoying.
I don't think it has anything to do with codecs, just something inherent in Fallout 3's engine that messes up the sync. People have been reporting this since Morrowind/Oblivion, but I've never run into it with those games. I can't use the supposed "iFPSClamp=60" solution for there is no way my computer can run FO3 constantly above 60 FPS.
Apart from this, in the past I've had audio problems (stuttering) & freezing problems, but I've managed to solve those somehow. This "Buggy Mess" makes me weary about FO:NV...
