  1. No, I got the point the article was trying to make, but it actually made a different point as I pointed out. See my first link above.
  2. Hmm. Maybe I made the same mistake and died early. How do you make sure you are in the right area? PS - I am not playing right now. Pretty busy with an NWN2 custom campaign. It helps if you just follow assigned quests at first until you figure out the game better.
  3. Did he ever? Dismissal is so much easier than actually defending your position. Edit: http://www.nationalreview.com/article/396098/islamophobia-myth-brendan-oneill It's not just European elites. Edit2: More on the Republican civil war: https://ricochet.com/david-frum-and-the-great-republican-revolt/
  4. Hilzilla promises to close half the schools in America : http://www.weeklystandard.com/clinton-i-wouldnt-keep-any-school-open-that-wasnt-doing-a-better-than-average-job/article/2000327?custom_click=rss?utm_medium=twitter&utm_source=TWSAutoTweet
  5. You'd think this happened in the US, until you get to the end and find out he's only suing for $7000: http://www.breitbart.com/tech/2015/12/22/man-sues-fallout-4-developer-for-making-game-so-addictive/
  6. "In 2008, ABC asked two actors to play the role of an unwelcoming shop keeper and a Muslim customer in a Waco, Texas, bakery. Over and over, the female actor would enter and attempt to order a pastry; over and over, the man posing as the sales clerk insulted her faith and refused to serve her." The media has to stage anti-Muslim incidents because they can't find any in real life. As far as social and entitlement programs, I'm not that bothered by their existence. Realistically you're not going to be able to get rid of them, whether desirable or not. The real challenge is keeping them from bankrupting the country and trying to minimize creating dependency on the government. What's really outrageous is that not only are we now expected to provide for our own citizens, but also any third world invader that breaks into the country, as well as their innumerable children. Edit: How vile and full of burning hatred do you have to be to do something like this: http://www.breitbart.com/big-journalism/2015/12/22/ted-cruz-strikes-back-at-washington-post-cartoonist-for-mocking-his-daughters-theyre-out-of-your-league/
  7. Yeah, I quit reading them once I realized that. Just a waste of time, although some of them were kind of cool.
  8. Just seems like a very solid RPG with different ways of playing it, I don't even have any old school nostalgia but found it quite involving, as far as I got anyway. And it's cheap, so at least you'll be supporting a good cause.
  9. Yes I do, but I am terrible looking at compasses... :D Yes, I know the red pointer points north... I think you can also equip it so it's easier to look at. But yes it's hard to find some locations just from what you're told, I had to look at the wiki in one case.
  10. Why is their #1 Junk science violation FOIA requests for scientists' e-mails? These are public employees, their records such as work e-mails are subject to FOIA, these are not "private" e-mails as the article claims. Edit: Especially as one of their "junk science" pages is the corruption of the scientific peer review process. I'm sure there were no e-mails involved in that.
  11. I don't think anyone believes Hersh any more. His stock in trade are those kind of conspiracy theories.
  12. Actually I can claim that Obola is worst than GWB. GWB at least tried to fix his screw ups. Obola will never even admit that he screwed up. Do a little research about what all of Obola's former defense secretaries are saying about him, this is unprecedented in American history.
  13. It's the difference between "prone to overcautious inaction" versus "prone to massive strategic blunders." I think you confused Trump with Hilzilla. Hilzilla voted for the Iraq war, Trump was against it and his predictions came true. He also predicted both 9/11 and the reasons it would happen 19 months before. Edit: Talk about strategic blunders. The first thing Obola did was betray two of our best allies by cancelling the missile defense system we promised them to implement, a system Russia hated, and we got nothing in return. Immediately Putin realized he was dealing with a weak ignorant half-wit. No wonder he now thinks he can have his way with the lady-boy. "Overcautious inaction"? Obola set the world on fire, now fiddles while it burns.
  14. Or may be he just wants someone sane in the White House for a change.
  15. I bought a steam controller recently and then a bunch of games I always wanted to play but not with a keyboard and mouse were on sale. So I loaded up, Thief, Stalker, Vampire Bloodlines, Brothers In Arms. I had to try all the new toys of course, but soon decided taking turns playing them all just wouldn't work, so I went back to my original plan and started with Thief. So far so good, it helped a lot when I figured out it highlights where you are on the map.
  16. Unfortunately the pre-release save files aren't compatible with the released version, so I'll have to start again at some point. At least now I'll know a little better what I'm doing.
  17. Republicans are just Democrats who have to run in conservative districts, so they lie. Another way to think of them is as a branch of the Chamber of Commerce. What do you do if no one has any of those characteristics? Because that's the situation over here. I don't know how we'd vote for Volvo, or why.
  18. I don't know, does wanting the death penalty for blasphemy and apostasy make you an extremist? http://www.pewforum.org/2013/04/30/the-worlds-muslims-religion-politics-society-overview/
  19. And good riddance. I predicted it would never work, then changed my mind when it seemed to be doing better than us, and now went back to my original opinion.
  20. Apparently Canada is full of terrorists: http://observer.com/2015/12/canada-and-the-emerging-terror-threat-from-the-north/
  21. It may have been a violation of the Presidential Records Act, but unless the e-mails were classified it wouldn't be a violation of the Espionage Act.
  22. As sleazy as all of this is, it won't affect the Hilbots. Anyway they don't have an alternative. However, now that it's been shown that e-mails on her private server were top secret, I don't see how she avoids FBI recommending charges, even if Obola's weaponized politicized Justice Department squashes them.
  23. Another great Guandolo post, right? "Evidence exists that the more religious a terrorist is, the more likely he is to be a religious terrorist". Because this absolutely flies in the face of the millions of peaceful Muslims who are deeply religious and NOT violent. But they don't count, because Guandolo here is redefining "religious" to mean "willing to commit violence in the name of religion". Circular logic, meet WoD. WoD, this is circular logic. What do you mean you were already acquainted? It's only circular logic if you misquote it like you did. There aren't many secular Muslim terrorists.
  24. The only one who believes something has actually been achieved is Obola, living in his rainbow and unicorns world: http://www.theguardian.com/environment/2015/dec/12/james-hansen-climate-change-paris-talks-fraud
