Just like our own political establishment, I consider her a traitor to her country.

https://twitter.com/jimgeraghty/status/674593208295403520 Edit: It's like those Nobel peace prizes Carter, Al Gore and Obola got for not being George W. Bush, this one is an award for not being Donald Trump.

Yes, let's elect a janitor for president. Or better yet, a community organizer. Yeah, that's the ticket! He meant to say "euro-kolhoz" second word being a Soviet collective farm. Unlike Trump, Netanyahu has to be very careful about who he pisses off, has nothing to do with what he actually thinks. That is why the Republican establishment is plotting a brokered convention even as we speak, to deny Trump the nomination. But the support isn't split between establishment candidates, Trump and Cruz together are at 50%, add Carson and it's over 60%.

"On Tuesday’s Hardball, MSNBC host Chris Matthews said Donald Trump is resonating with “the little guy” who thinks the bipartisan permanent political establishment that Hillary Clinton and Jeb Bush personify has sold him out on issues like immigration, trade, and terrorism and is completely out of touch with their hopes, fears, and concerns." http://www.breitbart.com/big-journalism/2015/12/09/chris-matthews-trump-resonating-with-little-guy-permanent-political-class-has-sold-out-on-immigration-trade-nat-security/ And this is a liberal saying it.

Hard West - the game (opinions?)
Wrath of Dagon replied to Darkpriest's topic in Computer and Console
My display driver stopped working as soon as I started the tutorial. I waited for patches hoping they would fix it, but nothing changed. I finally reduced my GPU clock by 300 Mhz even though it was already at its normal setting, and now it ran the whole tutorial just fine. Which reminds me I need to clean out my fans. -
Seems to be the smoking gun that our government abandoned our people in Benghazi : http://www.foxnews.com/world/2015/12/08/spinning-up-as-speak-email-shows-pentagon-was-ready-to-roll-as-benghazi-attack/ Benghazi committee says they had the e-mail, but they never asked Hilzilla about it. What's going on here exactly?

Trump probably means he wants to stop terrorist recruiting on the internet. Here's a guy who really wants to censor the internet, and he can do it too: http://www.breitbart.com/tech/2015/12/08/google-chairman-wants-hate-speech-spell-checker-to-filter-internet/

Once the establishment betrays your country, you'll vote for anyone who's not the establishment.

OK, thanks.

I guess it depends on what you consider mundane, granted it's a judgment call.
-
What exactly is your argument numbers? Cops are more dangerous than terrorists? Don't ever call the cops until after a crime has been committed? I don't know how it is where you live, but here I live in a fairly orderly society, and I'm pretty confident that cops aren't going to turn on me for no reason, and I count on them to protect me, and I'll call them if I think there's a problem. You may not like that, but so what?

Nothing to hide from whom, your neighbor? I've never heard of reporting suspicious activity being some kind of violation of civil rights. If the neighbor broke into his house or set up a hidden camera then yes, but it's nothing like that here.
-
Sadly that is the price of a free society, though. No one wants to live in a place where you have to live in fear of your neighbours ratting you out to the State, I would hope. I feel that regardless of who ever the target might be. Hard to believe getting a lot of packages and working in their garage alone is suspicious, no ? No, it's a price of a stupid, PC society. You live in fear of your neighbor? You think this is Stalin's Soviet Union, where the next day you're reported you disappear forever? At most the FBI would run you through their database, and probably not even that. The neighbor thought it was suspicious, you don't need to have iron clad proof to be suspicious, it's not the same as a conviction.

These are ad hominem arguments. I've never heard anything bad about Steven Emerson, he was predicting 9/11 for a long time before it happened, but no one listened. If you can state what specific facts that they give you don't believe, do so, but this is probably the wrong thread for it.
-
Too bad the voters are so ignorant and apathetic.
-
If it looks suspicious, better safe than sorry. It's a Homeland Security slogan : "If you see something, say something", then they threaten to prosecute you if you do: http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2015/12/04/loretta-lynch-muslim-group-doj-investigate-arrest-clock-boy-ahmed/

Well, we've seen the result of the "right" atmosphere. Edit: Yes, working in their garage building pipe bombs.

LOL So a Lebanese politician believing the shooting down was carried out at the very least with NATO awareness is not to be believed, but a disgraced former FBI agent accusing Obama as part of a conspiracy to impose Sharia law in the US is straight from the horse's mouth, right? TIL doublethink is a thing. You can believe him if you want, but as you say, what you're believing is his belief, he's not even claiming to have any actual facts. As far as Guandolo, if you choose to disbelief a person because he's had affairs, you probably shouldn't believe anyone at all. There's plenty of evidence for what Guandolo says, I've posted it before, you can look at the Clarion project or Steven Emerson's website.

All that article says is what Jumblatt's speculations are, he doesn't seem to have any actual info.
