A recent Chris Avellone interview.
This is true only if they had planned on these things originally. I think it's very reasonable to say that they were not planning on doing that intially.

Mask of the Betrayer
Monk is always survivable. Some would say it is a bit too much so.

TV: Heroes
Yeah! Well, except for the parts with Hiro in the past. Or the parts with Hiro when he was talking to his friend. Or his father. Heck, half the scenes with Hiro, at least.

Burma
Go on. I can do that! And by "do that," I mean be brutal on such a scale. Not be revolted. It would be silly to be revolted when you're trying to run a brutal dictatorship.

I'm quite interested. Go on.

Mask of the Betrayer
Pretty sure it's a variable, not a script.

Mask of the Betrayer
You know what helps? Crying.

What would you think about...
I have ton wonder if it's intentional or just our pessimistic perceptions. Do CRPGs revolve around our characters because that's a mechanically sound design to have events unfold at the player's desired pace or is it because the developers want to fluff our egos? Of course, it's not hard to avoid playing your character as a Mary Sue.

What are you playing now?
All-new? The first part of it is two years old and the second (most recent) part is a year and a half. Pre-edit: What...the...heck?! PART THREE IS OUT?! ASGDJAPSDGAPSDG I need to go home to play it!

That would be cool if I could do it. Or maybe shape them like trees and nuts to go with the chipmunk theme.

Dark Avatar is great. I have it. Super Abilities are the main thing I like about it. I can't even remember what the rest of the differences against vanilla are (aside from new races, that is).

Mask of the Betrayer
A Halfling or Halfling disguised a Gnome? Anyways, it's very short. That's all I'll say. ONE COMPANION DIES!
-
Mask of the Betrayer
God... no. NO! This one better not be a Halfling or Halfling disguised as a Gnome like the last one.

What are you playing now?
I've really enjoyed it. I'd say "so far," but I'm near the end, so I can feel comfortable about leaving out that qualifier.
-
What are you playing now?
Same! But I'm going to wait until I finish Persona 3. Never finished Eternal Darkness, but I mean to.

Tigranes, I'm sure you can find those FMVs on Youtube.

Mass Effect Is Extreme
Challenging can only be found in obscure japanese rpg's nowadays. "FUN" has been the buzz-word for the industry since 2002. Don't confuse fun with difficulty. Heck, jRPGs haven't been difficult in any commonly considered sense since... ever? If fun were difficulty, then Shao Khan in Mortal Kombat 3 was be the most fun fight (in a fighting game) EVER. SLAM SLAM SLAM SLAM SLAM SLAM SLAM SLAM SLAM SLAM SLAM SLAM SLAM SLAM SLAM SLAM SLAM SLAM CRASH (that last sound being my controller flinging across the room) And while we're at it: **** Mario 2 Stage 10 is pretty bad:

Anime recommendations: Part 2
Finished watching The Galaxy Railways first disc (episodes 1-5) and I have to say I'm glad I made the purchase. Sure, it's a bit cliched plotwise, but the stories so far are pretty fun and I love the universe. There needs to be a Leijiverse game. An RPG perhaps, there's plenty of setting to the universe to explore. And getting a steam locomotive to travel the galaxy in and serve as a base of operations would be awesome.

What are you playing now?
Trying to finish up Persona 3 before the release of Front Mission DS and Zelda: Phantom Hourglass. Just finished off the 5th block of Tartarus. I think I may have done that early, so it's a good note for my progress.

Rage against the Scalpers - $16 million dollar tickets on Ebay.
If you can abuse the system and get away with it then the system deserves to be abused. So, the people abusing ebay to harrass scalpers and get away with it are doing the right thing. Glad you've finally come around.

Mask of the Betrayer
You always could.

TF2. Topping scoreboards with my Pyro, even earlier today before the update.

Burma
It took only 13 years between the start of the American Revolution and the ratification of the US Constitution. Note that the US Constitution wasn't even the first Constitution used.

What are you playing now?
3 is good and so is 4. Never played 2 (or 1).
