I think Ichthyic meant your first visit with Tekehu in the party, but I never got a romance-specific scene there (except the one tied to the last conversation in his dialogues).

Looking back, I realize it was too much to hope that we'd get an exploration of the conflict between consequentialism (via the other gods/Engwithans) and deontology (via Eothas). Ah well. There's always fanfic.

Tekehu's romance involves a series of conversations about past love affairs, culminating in a final encounter; I'm not sure what triggers these conversations, but if you just keep playing the game, talking to him and getting his approval up until you hit +2, you'll see the dialogues. Aloth's romance doesn't start until he's at +2 approval and it's currently very difficult to reach that point if you're not playing a specific type of character. Mods or cheat codes will help, if you're into that. Xoti I have no clue about. Were you already 'dating' Tekehu?

If Ondra's Mortar is the source of the storms affecting Rauatai, then the part of their country which is nearest the Mortar might be essentially uninhabitable, forcing most of their population to cluster on the southwestern part around the gulf. Or it could be mountainous in the more remote regions; we don't get much topography from that map.
