Fallout designer Jason Anderson joins inXile For new RPG
I like the idea of a huge open world, but when I look at all the games I've most enjoyed over the years, they tend to be on a much smaller scale.

Games you never finished
The only recent game I can recall not finishing is Persona 3 FES, and that's just because I didn't have the time to devote to it. If I don't finish a game it's generally because I'm not enjoying it, though I have been known to complete games purely for the sake of completing them. Edit: I just remembered I never finished Gothic 3. I enjoyed it well enough, but didn't care about the story and had done enough exploring that I felt I got all I needed out of the game.

Rest in Peace, Natasha Richardson
What sort of crazy world are we living in where celebrities get more media attention than people who aren't celebrities?

The Spoony Experiment
The SWAT series has been around longer than the Rainbow 6 series, though the first two games weren't first-person tactical shooters like 3 & 4.

Do we get to shoot anyone in the face mid sentence?
- What D&D class are you?

Then putting it on yourself, getting her to leave, and rocking out to some Cyndi Lauper. Good times.

Movies you have seen recently
Originality is overrated. And vague to the point of being useless. I like my movies to be entertaining, sometimes thought-provoking. Whether or not they feature stories that have been told before in the same is ultimately irrelevant.

How come so few scary games?
With my loves of first person action/adventure, Clive Barker, and horror in general, I have no idea why I never got around to getting myself a copy of Undying.

How come so few scary games?
I only ever played the demo of Undying, but it kinda reminded me of Realms of the Haunting. The Legacy is another old horror classic.

Stealth
I getcha now, and I agree, RPG "stealth" is totally lame. It's kinda like if a friend tells you about this totally awesome science fiction film you've gotta see, and then you find out it's actually a Sci Fi Channel Original.

Bioshock 2 in next PC Gamer
This is factually incorrect, but I still love you.

Trailer #3
I don't particularly care for Star Trek, but... SPACE BATTLES!

Hey Bok...
They're dumbing down the engine for consoles.

For the name they gave her of course. Oh, and congratulations, you've won the thread.

Sounds like a smart lady. Though she should probably kill her parents.

The fact that I cannot see Anne Hathaway does indeed cheer me up. Thanks mkreku!

Stealth
What do you mean by this? Take hiding in shadows in both Thief or Splinter Cell for example, would you classify this as a "stealth mode" or is it stealth that is integrated into the gameplay? How about being hidden in plain sight depending on what you're doing, in the Hitman series? I don't really get "pretending" to sneak.

Any good games coming out?
It happened years ago on DVD. I don't know what's different about this particular pack, if anything.

Bioshock 2 in next PC Gamer
A disaster? Why are gamers such drama queens?

Bingo. Every time she complains about her boyfriend, laugh and tell her you think he sounds like a really awesome guy.

Bioshock 2 in next PC Gamer
Same. Let's be best friends! I found combat without VATS pretty dull, and then after a while the constant slow motion and head popping became tedious. Hmm, is there a mod that gets rid of the slow motion kills> That would be fab.

AP totally ripped off DOA
Why is the Kung Fu Master beating up kids?

AP totally ripped off DOA
Dead or Alive? The one on one fighter none most for boob physics? What?

Living with someone when the relationship has soured is awesome. It's like an adventure.
