  1. That would be easily solved by going to extra (or tools in some windows versions) and under mapoptions uncheck the "hide extension for known file types" If you turn them to MP3 (by either manually alter all or use the windows commandbox) you can just run them with WinAmp; which gets my preference for being able to stock loads of files and load them all after each other. Also easier that way to record a clip with individual files...
  2. Deja Vu; For the CD's: Remember that the BG package contains all on 4 discs... not 1. BG DVD, BG X-pack CD, BG2 DVD, BG2 X-pack CD. Also to run BG1 and the x-pack on your PC you have to go to the BioWare site and DL the patches; since for all 4 versions no patches are included on the CD/DVD (hell; they could atleast do that? Or installed the patched version *sigh*)
  3. PC is pretty bugged; but you can force it by altering the swkotor2.ini (I believe GameCompleted=1)
  4. Odd... it is here for sale for 15 euro's for I don't know who long (myself got it about half a year ago) without shipping costs in almost every store... Better than 10 pounds and shipping...
  5. You can get Kreia to alter (upgrade) the crystal based on alignment switches (different bonusses) or char. level (higher bonusses)...
  6. As for the mod; no idea As for KSE 3.3.3; I heard there are some issues indeed. You might wish to turn back to 3.3.2
  7. According to their official forum at teamGizka it's already dead :'(
  8. If you think BG2 is graphicalwise the same as BG I suggest you retry them both again (and no TuTu!)
  9. It is probably from the scrapped stuff where you join Nihilus...
  10. Wavering screen sides: Just to note; that effect is not displayed on older graphic cards/lower graphical options
  11. *In order to lose the law you can change your appearance or the appearance of your transportation. There is no need to ever do both. (GTA: SA) *Cops cannot see you change your current vehicle straight infront of them; but they do notice when you steal a new car in the middle of nowhere with nobody in sight for square miles. (GTA's) *Shopkeepers have alot of items; but you can only steal them when the shopkeepers remain alive (BG's). Might be related with the fact shopkeepers don't notice things dissapearing in front of them when you stand behind them (Oblivion). *Reversed Darwinism: You do not need to addapt to your enviroment; the enviroment adapts to you (Kotors, but most obviously Oblivion) *Asking a doorguard for the way in than giving that way in 5 min. later doesn't raise any suspicion (alot of RPG's and Adventures) *The less reliable the machine; the harder you make it to kill them (Deus Ex (killswitches and phrases)) *Giving up a name; then 2 min later yet another doesn't raise suspicion either; and they will always remember you as the second... (Monkey Island 3 and various RPG's)
  12. *If you not look behind you when someone says "look behind you, a three-headed monkey!" a three-headed monkey appears (Monkey Island) *Undead are lousy in PR (Monkey Island 3) *Only when you are hold in a ship you cannot steal the items available for personal use and benefit (MI3 VS. alot of RPG's) *If people hunt you down they only arrive just in time; but do have time to start long-distance chats before that (Deus Ex) *Even if you wiped out their entire armies and kill them on sight... you can still join their cause if you just give them the info they want (Deus Ex: Invisible War) *You are perfectly able to summon the endboss for a chat for a secondary mission if you already killed him in the mainplot (Dungeon Siege2: Broken World)
  13. Hm... only 33 smilies left? All look ok; though nvm... rest is hidden in "view all" These 6 are the only ones left here... (PS. opening smilies from Quick edit will launch the box and hide it immediately right behind the main window (IE6)) (PS2. The underlined "Front page link" also happens with Developers)
  14. Finish another planet... Or if you mean Mandalore; is he in your "choose teammates" selection screen?
  15. Tried Crimsonkeep? (Top of the WoT sticky for the link)
  16. Maybe they mean both New Jersey as Georgia (or whatever) are SEGA-RPG's? Awesomeness driven Aliens RPG (however that does not sound like an own IP ofcourse; hmmm) *starts wondering how you can turn Aliens into a RPG; considering the lack of enemies (facehuggers, Xeno's, Queens?)*
  17. IE6. But as mentioned... everybody has "Viewing board index" unclickable... except for The Guildmaster (who will have it as a link there then)... (minor stuff) Other minor stuff... According to Gmail the Part of an e-mail is part of the "original message" and will not automatically display (is "hidden") Yup
  18. Minor stuff; When searching for the online members Viewing Online List will appear as a link. Also Viewing board index will appear as a link (with The Guildmaster only) (beats me why :?)
  19. It already existed. Walsingham tried once to add an entry... and that messed up the entire forums front page...
  20. Well; I got the impression the DX-creators wanted to have more of a sneakier game than all other FPS (like a thief); so unforgiving should be not an issue as most of the times you are not supposed to be spotted anyway; besides carefully made traps
  21. Some testers here then? Personally I think SupCom still has too much micro-management quirks that, because of the scale, are worse than the quirks of other RTS. As for AI in general (going FPS here; not much into RTS): F.E.A.R's was only good because it linked certain interactive objects to actors (as to save processor time). While this is good for a hall-to-hall game like F.E.A.R it will be far less suitable for a non-linear game like Deus Ex or System Shock 2. IMO once you are found in DX they should never let you go and call for assistance from nearby friendlies etc. This *should* not make it impossible for the player... because you can still sneak around their searches as normal; or take them down ofcourse... oh well... A good example of AI used as marketing would be Oblivion. Altough, thanks to Shadowstrider, we know they downgraded it to preserve "playability". If that is so why some random NPC's walking around in the city would still display quirks as they do (pick fruit in the middle of the city anyone?); I have no idea...
  22. Being stuck at 89%: It is NOT stuck... it just takes an AWFULL lot of time. How long did you hold it open on 89?
  23. MP3-player is 512MB (can always chance the content if needed) I have about 30 Gig of music (excluding CD's) Which I somehow didn't thought would be the most of all
  24. I wish LA even GOT that far into reasoning *sniff*
