  1. Heya Madscientist, This is a known issue and is currently being looked at by the team =) Thanks for being active on the forums!
  2. Heya Messier-31, The most noticeable is for sure "st", but I believe there's a total of 10(maybe 15?) ligatures in the game. I couldn't find a list of all that are supported, but you should keep an eye out for more subtle ones. I'm a big fan of "ft" and "fi" Thanks!
  3. Heya Cyrano4747, Once you're all set up back on your PC steam should shoot you a message about the saves not matching up to the ones on the cloud. There should be two options at this point: "Download cloud files to this machine", or "Upload files to the steam cloud". By clicking the "Upload files to the steam cloud" option, you'll be able to replace your old cloud saves with your newly progressed saves from your trip. Hope that's what you were looking for! =)
  4. Heya pikachu01, Thanks for pointing this out! Fortunately this is a known issue that's currently being looked at =) Thanks again!
  5. Heya PX1player, This is working as intended; opening a door with a key doesn't grant experience because you didn't use any skills. As for keys: Once you pick up a quest item (which is what keys are considered), you are not able to get rid of it. This is to prevent players from accidentally losing items that are important. So this means that you'll only be given the chance to lockpick a door before you find the corresponding key. Your strategy of not picking up keys is a nice way to work around it. Keep in mind that none of the door or trap xp is necessary to hit level cap, so you shouldn't sweat it too much Thanks, and I hope you're enjoying the game!
  6. You shouldn't have to equip it. The SI should say something like "you hand the diving helmet to [character], just in case". Someone on this forum mentioned that high Con will also let you survive the finale of WM2. There's really no reason not to pick up the helmet though since the associated quest is pretty easy. Just to expand on this, there are a few more ways you can survive the finale besides high Con and the bubble helmet. The easiest one is to =)
  7. Heya Reent, This interaction is known internally (and we have written several bug reports on it), but I believe we've decided to consider it working as intended (at least for now). So enjoy the amazing synergy of chanting while withdrawn =) Thanks for being active on the forums!
  8. Can "some other thing will happon" also mean that nothing happens at all? Yep yep. Nothing happening at all is one of the possible outcomes.
  9. Basically, every time a turn passes, the game rolls for an "event". If that "event" ends up being an adventure, then refer to the formula above. Else some other thing will happen. Sorry about that! I thought adventures where in a separate pool, but it turns out they're considered "events" alongside a bunch of other things.
  10. If i'm not mistaken, I believe it's a combination of going at night and making a stealth check while entering from the west gate. =)
  11. No problem! And the rolls happen every time a turn passes (while no other adventure is active), which happens when you progress a quest. =)
  12. Heya fiddlesticks, The achievements themselves are part of the 3.02 patch, which is why they're currently only available on the beta. It's best to wait until that patch is released before jumping down the pit and finishing everything up. You could go down and defeat Thaos and then save your game and wait for the 3.02 patch. The achievements are checked after activating the machine at the very end of the game, so as long as you save before clicking on that final circle you'll be all set to unlock it once the patch is released. I would back up my pre-pit save if you wanted to go this route though, just in case =) Hope that answered your question!
  13. Heya dam! The stronghold adventures are based on the stronghold's prestige value. The game generates two random numbers between 1 and 50, then adds them to your prestige. The adventure you're assigned is then based on this number: 1-25 No Adventure 26-50 Minor Adventure 51-75 Average Adventure 76-100 Major Adventure 101-125 Grand Adventure 125+ Legendary Adventure So if you have 31 prestige (which I think is the base value from upgrading your stronghold and not doing anything else), you'll be able to get a Legendary Adventure if the game rolls a 94 or higher on two 1-50 numbers. It's a tough roll, but not impossible! =) Hope that's what you were looking for.
  14. it seems like our team is looking into it, but I'm not 100% sure if it'll be fixed for 3.02. I'll try to keep you updated when there's more progress =)
  15. Heya TheMetaphysician! Thanks for pointing these out! Fortunately we are aware of both items working incorrectly, and we have fixed them in our internal build. The executioner hood fix should be live in our open beta, and the mourning gloves fix will be pushed in our 3.02 patch. =) Thanks again!
  16. We're still not 100% sure about all of the specific scenarios that would cause the effect clear to skip, but the core of the problem was the status effect clearing being flagged incorrectly. By fixing the flags the status effect clear should be called properly every time now =)
  17. Hey everyone, This was a pretty difficult fix, but it's been taken care of on our internal build! You should be able to see the fix in the 3.02 patch =) Unfortunately it was not fixed in time for the 3.02 beta patch, so you'll have to wait a bit to it in action. Thanks!
  18. Sorry if that wasn't clear! As stated by MaxQuest and Boeroer, weapons should stack without suppression.
  19. Heya Mraicor, Sorry you ran into this bug. Fortunately we were aware of this, and it has been fixed on our 3.02 beta build. If you have the game on steam, you can opt in to our beta and try out the changes =) Thanks, and I hope you're enjoying the game!
  20. Has anyone found this in game? I just finished WM2 and I never saw it. In another tread devs posted they forgot to place it, so not until patch or console. This is correct. Due to a minor (or maybe major for some people ) oversight, this item was accidentally never placed in the game for the initial White March II release. It's now been placed, and can be found =) This is by design. As mentioned by Kaylon, the weakest bonus on armor and accessories will be suppressed by the strongest. The bonus should stack with other sources though, which is why it works with Old Gerun's Wall. Hope that helps!
  21. Hey guys, Just to confirm, it's intended for weapon stats to stack with each other. So duping a weapon and equipping them both is supposed to give you the stat bonuses of each =)
  22. Yep yep! The fixes should be live in the beta right now as well =)
  23. Heya Panda Baby! The console command for turning scalers on/off is ToggleScaler. Note that this is not considered a cheat command, so you can freely use it without activating cheats. So in your scenario, to toggle high level scaling on for PX1, you would enter "ToggleScaler PX1_HIGH_LEVEL" into the console whenever you head back. And there is actually a scaler for act 3 now! You will be prompted about it when entering Elmshore for the first time, or you can activate it via console like above =) Hope that helps!
  24. Hey guys! We're working on updating the achievement list for GOG Galaxy. They should be live soon =)
  25. And for the St. Ydwen's Redeemer bug: the divine mark hitting the wielder has also been fixed in our internal build. I'll look in to the upgrade problem. Thanks for uploading your save and output.log!
