I've finished this quest and given the dagger to Gordy the boy. He mentioned lose brick near theatre. I went to the stadium where there's acting, i don't see any lose brick. Or did the boy tricked me?

For everyone information, MSI afterburner i'm only using it as a diagnostic tool. When playing games, do not enable or run any 3rd party overlay/monitoring software as it will be very likely to increase your GPU processing power and leads more to crashes. Turn off steam overlay, FRAPS, raptr, AMD gaming evolve, or even Nvidia geforce experience. Uninstall them. DO NOT overclock your CPU, GPU or RAM and only blame yourself if you did that and not sure what you are doing. Think about it. If hundred thousands of people having not much problem but yours are having crashes it most likely means there are problems with your PC. Not necessarily it could be graphics card. It could be your RAM, your CPU, power usage or even hard disk. When running the game, check task manager on CPU usage and Memory usage. Diagnose your RAM with memory diagnosis tool to ensure your RAM are not partially faulty. Also sometimes it could be due to corrupted installation files. Try downloading and reinstalling latest drivers for your motherboard, sound and graphics driver. Sound may also causes crashes due to various manufacturers of motherboards and sound devices on their drivers. I have help many users before and mostly they choose to blame on developers when they could not find out the root cause of their problem. Only once you help solved their problems they go only with a thanks and stop blaming developers. This is human nature who chooses to blame? Anyway it would be developers fault when at least 50% of the worldwide gamers are having issues. Edit Also latest drivers may not seem to work well on older hardwares, sometimes. So you may have to try and find out which driver work best for you. Also, most of the times crashes are due to Windows. Believe me Windows are not stable. After some fair usage of Windows, if you don't maintained them it will crash, slow and performance will be worst than the first time you install it. If all fails, try reinstalling Windows it may help.

I agree without the fog it looks so much beautiful. Maybe they should make the radius fog smaller for explored locations. I get the fog of war are for hiding monsters, but since they dont respawn those that were cleared can have much bigger radius (less fog)

I was getting my butt kicked when first entering lighthouse in Defiance Bay (hard difficulty) since last night. Then i have put some thoughts on how to deal with these many spectres, shades and shadows. Their defense stats are insanely crazy. High Deflection, Fortitude, Reflex and Will. I rethink my strategy and cornered myself for the best chokepoint available. One Defense Scroll+3 Fan of Flames Scroll with help of Aloth (he has existing 1 Fan of Flames) of casting. With Mystic Caress and thank god for Mental Binding only can i lower their reflex for the Fan of Flames to kick in. Durance is the only one down this time around compared to only left 2 standing in red health (1st time execution was poor). Anyhow still suxs though as everyone has to use a Burn scroll, otherwise it's really hard to get pass these horrors. Any other tricks for Melee or even Archers to get pass their high Deflection?

Try a few hundred thousand. I enjoy reading, but I also enjoy fully voiced games. Fully voiced game only for the first playthrough. Other than that, i would be looking for a skip button so i can directly choose my dialogue options already

I'm wondering what other available Paladin buffs. Seriously Pallegina suxs. I love her alot as a character. But +6 accuracy is really bad as a Paladin. Not to mentioned i find her buff radius is superbly small and limited which is only for front-lines. I dont mind about that but serious +6 accuracy? Man what is Obsidian smoking? Paladin should have party buff like +10 will and +5DR. And she drop like flies compared to Eder. When i got her she has the soldier talent which specialized on 2H. I think she suits better with Sword/Hammer/Mace with Shield. Her +10DR don't help much to me. Eder is standing strong when swarmed with Spectres and Shades and Pallegina drop dead within seconds.

Most likely your graphics card overheat. Try to reduce your settings and disable v-sync. Also monitor your temperature by logging it to a file. Then you can see what's the higher temperature it reaches before it crash. Try MSI afterburner.

i bought a pair of boots shod-in-faith from Dunstan in Crucible Keep. The description stated that it grants the spell Consecrated Ground spell. I check my characters and the spell wasn't available.

While it won't hurt if they have options for non-combat (if you are looking for that) but this game is just f* awesome to me. Sorry if you didn't enjoy it but i thoroughly enjoy the game. I am SAFE to say i probably wont pick up Planescape Torment because i know what kind of game i'm getting. A text heavy, very less combat game. Unless it's like dirt cheap $5 bucks only i'll probably try Numenera. I bought this game during pre-order and it's worth all my time even compared to Dragon Age Inquisition. Seriously.

Well it be really awesome if PoE has another sub-genre ala Skyrim but get real that not gonna happened. This is no Star Citizen unless it gets funded by big publishers like EA, Ubisoft, Sony, Microsoft... Err.. please No. Seriously those are cancer to industry.

But that's not how the industry works. A 9/10 drive sales. I bet Bloodborne gets a good sales boost because of 9/10. Was it perfect? No framerate issues? No 40s loading respawn loading times?

Hi i have this bug when in one of the inn in Defiance Bay. It was really lucky! I have an autosave :/. Has this been fixed? Also i can't remember a location (i think it's Raedric's Hold or something) that it has distorted shadows.

I don't care about the XP. It's the combat that what i enjoyed most. I chose certain fights even it's 0xp. The satisfaction of the combat!

I've played many triple AAA games, strategy, MOBA, RPGs, Action Hack n Slash and i think this game don't deserve an 8. It deserves at least a 9/10. Also i'm not a fanboy. I rarely post and even criticised Obsidian during the development of the game.

He also rated Bloodborne 9/10. To be honest, i can't seem to take him seriously anymore. If he can simply trash an excellent game (despite the earlier bugs), then i can also trash him giving him 2/10. Why can't i rate him when he can simply rate anything he likes?

I want to continue on this line - I hate that feature in other games. Not because it's not a good feature, but because it really means "We can't render what long hair looks like under a helmet, so here is your option" But barring someone finally being able to render and mesh long hair that works under any headpiece, yes - I'd like this feature. The women-folk and their long hair under, say, the pirate hat make them look bald Back OT: Yes, helmets do nothing. Not even protect you in any meaningful way, so unless they have a bonus on them, they are useless. Why we can't enchant hats , I dunno. I suspect helmet is not the main focus as some races like godlike or aumaua has big head and could not wear helmet. And that is 1 less slot for them and in terms of powergaming, this is bad.

I'm around 50 hours in the game now. Well 10+ hours wasted due to restarting because of the earlier bugs. So far i'm very impressed with this game and i would rate it as a masterpiece and one of the best games of all time. 250K really a little low. I would hope that at least 500K. I mean come one DOS is almost 800K already. Compared to DOS, sorry to say i love this game more than DOS. But i still like DOS for the TB but this is much more awesome compared to DOS. Of course this is just my opinion.

I'm playing on hard and in Defiance Bay with Eder, Durance, Kana, Sagani and Aloth. Kinda like hard as it's a little challenging but thus far all seems well. Kicking out Kana for Pallegina seems like a big kick in the arse i said with only +6 accuracy. Kana chants and 4th chants he can summon wisp already. Loving Durance for the heal and support, Sagani for the DPS, Aloth for the nuking and Kana for the chanting buffs and 3rd or 4th chant for some cool spells. What can Pallegina do? Just +6 accuracy? Seriously? If so thanks for the info though.

I got Pallegina quite late around level 6. And she seems to auto level by herself and the only passive buff she has for the party is +6 accuracy. I'm like what? What kind of Paladin that giving buffs of +6 accuracy to her companions at level 6? And that's the only party buff. Anyway to turn her auto levelling off and we can manually assign her skill/talents assignment?

Sorry can i hijack this thread? I like the helmets for their bonuses. Can we have the option to hide the helmet when in adventure & inventory screen?

I love the physics. But this is hard for all of us as Obsidian do not have the resources in terms of monetary and knowledge to implement it.

So can anyone confirm if turn is based on quest completion? This is kind of absurd. I because quest are finite right? If you happened to complete most of the quests and you started the mission, then you wont be able to complete the mission and your companion will be stucked in the mission forever? Why not instead of discouraging rest spams to avoid abusing time, just make it real time like 2 hours and etc.?
