  1. Don't feel like going devoted seeing so many monster immune. Btw, does street fighter +50%damage applies to spell damage?
  2. Obsidian definition of "difficulty" giving player "meh" ability and bloated anemy stats *chuckle*
  3. When you click the Supply button in port, you see a list of repeating items appearing again and again.
  4. i have SSS installed. steward did not summon me . i'm level 19. any quest i must fulfill before this trigger? i hope it's not another bug
  5. I think the design of deadfire abilities are some sort of puzzle. Many of them are there to confuse average gamers? If you pick the wrong ability you are mostly gimped in potd
  6. I wish there's a melee equivalent that do similar. Why obsidian fancy gun so much?
  7. For me at the moment nemnok fight is the hardest. And I think serafen is not suitable for this area. Possibly takehu much better
  8. I didn't use much potion or drugs. Deadeye seems to cap at +5 acc. Last time it used to scale with alchemy level
  9. enter from the bottom where there's a chokepoint. stealth through it. there's a gunpowder barrel there. have your tank lure mobs to him. then have xoti cast withdraw. use someone with a gun and shoot the barrel. fight will be manageable from there. it's simple once you figured it out. also, if you play in potd the digsite i recommend a hireling paladin/chanter. one is enough to really get through everything.
  10. Happened couple of times already. But this was with a character from older patch. Does the patch don'f fix reactively?
  11. i recently just tried handmortar, fire in the hole with serafen (pure barb).. gosh.. i wished to have melee that does similar. now that i think of it, obsidian so biased. promoting guns for piratey theme
  12. Is it the same mechanics for other skill like alchemy? Arcana at least it is easy for me decide base on the scroll level I want to cast.
  13. i like the music in deadfire. i'm not sure if it's a big loss but i do count deadfire is a masterpiece of game for me
  14. i'm level 18 party and kinda get my butt kick a little in drowned barrows. i'm just normal gamer not expert like you guys . no challenges though. just plain old potd with upscaling.
  15. i'm not understaff. it's all full slot. does the resting party count as understaff?
  16. My enjoyment depends on it. Why obsidian goes all their way in stopping my enjoyment? I don't get it. Same goes for brilliant. 6s per 1 resource. Do they really achieved balance? Or they are trying to troll you because you understand the game mechanics?
  17. My moral stucked at 1. Never go below 1. I'm not sure how to reduce it to 0. It won't go below that
  18. The ship combat is rigged I agree. It seems to favour AI unreasonably. AI can turn around and runaway. I can't but only surrender. I can't close or increase distance after turn to port. But evemy can?
  19. hmm... i often only use empower to replenish resource. maybe i should start to use more empower?
  20. How do you trigger mutiny? I had the morale stucked at 1/100 and i put no food and beverages and been travelling around. I never get any mutiny yet. Any idea what i'm missing?
  21. that sounds like a nightmare :/ ... there are still many bugs. some are very annoying and there's no resolution. also recent patch make the text smaller for the active buffs and hostiles seems like a quick fix. in my opinion proper scaling should comes with menu scrolling? i'm not sure. but making the text super small doesn't cut it for me. Yes it's a quick fix. But honestly the (cumulated) complains about this were quite fresh and I guess that was the only solution that could be done in such a short amount of time. So - better than nothing. I play on my TV sitting several feet away, and the small text is harder to read. But "harder to read" is infinitely better than "impossible to read because it's literally off screen or behind other things." Would still love a tyranny-style "fix tooltip and then scroll" option if they have the developer bandwidth. Not just the buffs and hostiles effect were blocked behind UI. the formation as well. not sure many people used that. the best is that if they allow us to resize the UI, drag the UI and even add scrolling for the buff/hostile window. that could probably be nice.
