Hey everyone, So we fixed the issue in the patch, unfortunately the fix is not retroactive and we will have to delete the save on the cloud and you will have to uninstall/reinstall the game to get rid of the game data and prevent you from downloading or uploading the corrupt save. So please email support@obsidian.net with your PFID# so we can go ahead and get that started. Sorry for the inconvenience.
  2. Hello Magellan, Welcome to the forums and thanks for joining us! It sounds like are not connected to the Google Play account that is tied to the game. Make sure that you are logged on the correct account in Google Play Games and launch the game from Play Games. Thanks!
  3. Dont worry Ryan, all of your purchases with real money or gold will be stored to the server, so if you reinstall or change devices, that will stay with you always. ps. Patch is now live!

  5. Hey guys, The patch is in review right now so it should be up within the end of the day. The fix will be retroactive, so you won't have to do anything. BUT! If you can't wait for the patch, you can just reinstall the app and you can continue off right after the tutorial.   7. Hey Jaxom, What characters are in your party? What level did they get to and what rewards did they not get? Were any of your characters killed during the scenario? Any additional information will be very helpful. Thanks a bunch!

  11. I would have to delete your quest mode save from our cloud and then you will have to uninstall your game. After you reinstall, it should remove your quest mode along with your quest mode characters. So you will be starting again from scratch. Your story mode should remain unaffected.

  16. Hey everyone, We're contacting Apple right now to see whats happening on their end. But so far, restarting Gamecenter and/or your device has seemed to work for many users. Try force closing the App Store as well. Thank you for your patience.
  17. Hey guys, We found the root of the problem and are working on a fix. There is good news and bad news for a workaround. The good news is that you can fix your saves, the bad news is that we'll have to delete your quest mode save on the cloud and for you to uninstall/reinstall. That will mean you will lose your quest mode characters. We are working on having quest mode characters saved to the cloud, hopefully this will be in the 1.0.3.7 patch. So if you would like to proceed now, or wait, please let me know. Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience.
  18. Hey guys, Sorry about the inconveniences. It sounds like you are either not connected to your account or you a different account. Please close out the game completely and then go into Gamecenter or Google Play games and make sure you are signed into the correct account. Then launch Pathfinder Adventures while are you in Gamecenter or Google Play Games. It may also help if you sign out of your Gamecenter/Google Play Games account and sign back in. Hope that helps! If not, what time zone are you located in? Sorry for the inconvenience. Hope you're all having a great weekend so far! Addendum: Also, try restarting Gamecenter or your device. That has worked for one user.
