Also if you are on a Android device, you can always send us the save files! Use dropbox or send it to support@obsidian.net Getting game files: Connect the Android Device to your PC. Open Windows Explorer and open the device Open the Android Folder, then data -> net.obsidian.pacg1 -> files Copy the PACG1_SAVE_GAMES folder to your PC Zip and send! Thanks!
  3. Sorry about that guys, I have seemed to have jumped the gun. The Android hotfix is live, but the iOS build is still in review with Apple. As soon as it gets approved, we will push out the iOS hotfix. Sorry for the miscommunication guys!

  9. Hello Yarl, Are you saying that you purchased the daily gold and it never activated? Or do you mean to say that it is active and it wont allow you to collect it? Can you please email support@obsidian.net with your PFID# (located in settings menu) and a copy of the receipt? Thanks!

  12. Hey guys, You can export your save files so you wont lose your quest mode save. Try clearing the cache for those apps first before uninstalling and reinstalling.   13. Hey everyone, This could be an issue due to having full character saves. Please check your character saves and see if you have 24. If that is the case, then it was probably and issue where quest mode ended and it didn't have any more available slots to place those characters.

  15. Thanks guys, Some of these issues are already known, but I'll run it by the team to make sure they will all get addressed, though, they will not go into the hotfix patch, but the patch after.
  16. Hey bouquetoftruth, Yes are you correct on all fronts! Your saves are stored locally on your device and when you connect online, it will sync with the cloud. Thanks!

  18. I'm sure you've done this arleady but, does deleting the cache for google play games and play services resolve the issue? Perhaps a device restart?
